Through the entrance door you enter a small hallway. On the left hand side is the guest toilet. Straight ahead you enter the living area with integrated fitted kitchen. After getting up you can have breakfast together at the dining table or enjoy the morning air on the terraces. In the cold season, make yourself comfortable with a glass of wine in front of the fireplace for cosy hours. You reach the upper floor via a wooden staircase. There you will find two bedrooms with double beds, some with Schlaraffia Geltex mattresses, as well as the bathroom with shower and WC. The attic, accessible from one of the bedrooms via a wooden staircase, has been developed so that two children can sleep and play there. Underfloor heating provides cosy warmth throughout the house. Extensive equipment in the house (especially in the kitchen) ensures a carefree holiday and leaves nothing to be desired.

Peace, relaxation, and carefree vacation days are guaranteed by the new holiday home in Korswandt. The holiday home Gothenweg 6j is located in a small holiday home complex. The forest begins directly behind the house – perfect for a walk before breakfast. The terrace in front of the house invites you to have breakfast in the morning sun. From the main terrace you have a beautiful wide view over the adjacent meadows, forests, and fields. The sunset fascinates anew every day. For a cool down, take a swim in the Wolgastsee, 300 m away. Right by the house, the forest path leads directly to the Baltic Sea beach. The house is a quiet place for a few days away from everyday life.
I am especially happy about guests who want to enjoy peace and nature.

The island of Usedom in the east of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern is one of the most beautiful holiday areas in Germany, with the Baltic Sea resorts of Karlshagen, Trassenheide, Zinnowitz, Zempin, Koserow, Kölpinsee, Ückeritz and the three imperial resorts of Heringsdorf, Bansin and Ahlbeck on the German side and Swinemünde (Polish: Świnoujście) in Poland. Usedom offers 40 km of sandy beaches, great seaside resorts and unspoilt landscapes, the perfect opportunities for a varied family holiday.
Usedom also offers leisure facilities such as farms, seawater baths, a butterfly farm (Trassenheide), a beach basket factory (Heringsdorf), climbing parks, museums and many cultural and children's activities.
Usedom not only offers the possibility of swimming in the Baltic Sea, but also in the inland lakes (freshwater lakes) located on the island, such as Schmollensee, Gothensee or Wolgastsee.
Other sights in the hinterland include the small town of Usedom, villages with castles (Mellenthin, Stolpe), thatched houses, salt huts and windmills (Benz, Pudagla, Trassenheide, Kamminke), the old Karnin lift bridge, the peninsulas of Lieper Winkel and Gnitz, which frame the backwater, and Peenemünde.
Usedom additionally allows for extensive cycling tours on the island, both in the hinterland and along the coast.

One week vacation
A very beautiful holiday home with great amenities. Very spacious with the bedrooms. Extensive equipment of the kitchen as well as the house. The lovely terrace invites you to eat outdoors. A grill is also available, as mentioned, everything is very nice.

Beautiful house - but needs a little love outside
On the day of arrival, everything went smoothly. Great, friendly people who welcomed us and ensured a seamless check-in.
Arrival in Korswand was problem-free.
Everything was prepared and superficially clean.
The toilet brushes have seen better days, and the lampshades show that a thorough cleaning is urgently needed.
In terms of amenities, nothing is lacking. Everything you need is there and it is also very high quality, and the parking lot is right in front of the house.
They also thought of smaller children, as there are toilet seats.
Unfortunately, the outdoor area leaves much to be desired. The furniture in front of the house is completely dirty - not just from one day - the armrests of the chairs wobble endlessly. The joints of the stones gradually continue to close up, and the furniture in the back garden is only suitable for people who weigh hardly anything, as it is almost falling apart and wobbles endlessly. Likewise, the umbrella stands are truly in need of repair.
