Description
The modern, detached holiday home in bungalow style offers 135 square metres of living space, all on the ground floor. The large outdoor area with sunbathing or play area for children (970 square metres) is almost completely fenced and lovingly landscaped. Sun loungers and parasols are at your disposal. Several seating areas are cleverly aligned so that you can enjoy the sun in the garden depending on the time of day
The house has a large, open entrance area, which is adjoined by the living and kitchen area. The entire room is spacious and bright and forms the heart of the house. The free-standing fireplace divides the room into a cosy sofa landscape and a cooking and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. It also has a kitchen island. Refrigerator, freezer, oven, ceramic hob and a steamer are available. You can comfortably prepare meals with several people and then enjoy them at the dining table or even on the covered terrace, which you can reach comfortably through the large windows of the living room. The larger of the two bedrooms has its own TV with wall mount and also provides a wonderful view of the garden. The box spring bed (1.80m x 2.00m) guarantees restful sleep. The windows can be darkened for your comfort
A luxury you don't have to do without is the walk-in wardrobe, where your wardrobe will find enough space. The accompanying bathroom is equipped with an infrared cabin, bathtub and floor-level shower. A make-up mirror and a hairdryer are of course available. The second bedroom offers sleeping accommodation for three people. It is equipped with a large double bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and a sofa bed (simple dimensions 0.80m x 2.00m, folded out width 1.60m). The private, adjoining bathroom with daylight has a ground-level shower as well as a bidet and WC. A high chair and a baby travel cot with mattress but without linen are available for small visitors. The entire holiday home has underfloor heating. In addition, the fireplace provides a pleasant atmosphere and warmth in the cold season. You can use the prepared firewood in the garden
You can use the WLAN of the holiday home free of charge. One car can be parked under the carport. There is also room for another car in the driveway. Bicycles can be safely stored in the bicycle shed.

Only a few kilometres away from the imperial resorts on the island of Usedom, you will find peace and quiet, relaxation and many recreational opportunities here, yet you can still easily reach the lively towns on the coast. Korswandt itself scores with the Wolgastsee lake, which is within walking distance and has its own bathing area.
