All holiday homes have a parking space, garden furniture, barbecue, flat screen TV with cable TV, stereo with CD player, fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker, Senceo coffee maker, kettle, egg boiler etc. ....
Of course you will also find all the "small stuff" from the frying pan to the coffee spoon.
Our houses are equipped as follows:
- Living room with dining area
- practical kitchen (Senseo coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker, crockery, etc....)
- two bedrooms on the 1st floor (separated by a door)
- Shower room and WC
- Terrace
- own garden
- 1 parking space
The equipment includes:
Flat screen, cable TV, stereo with CD player, Senceo coffee pod machine, rain shower, cot, high chair, table, chairs and parasol on the veranda, two deck chairs for the garden and a barbecue. In winter, each has a sledge.
There is a sunshade and barbecue for you on the veranda, two deckchairs for the garden and a sledge for the winter!

Forget the everyday stress and let yourself be enchanted by the untouched nature. Our holiday home is located right by the forest, hiking trails/bike paths start right behind the house and invite you for long walks and bike rides.
Lautenthal would like to take you to one of the most romantic valleys in the Harz Mountains. The Innerste Dam is only 10 min. away, the Innerste can be reached in 1 min. Lautenthal has an outdoor pool and at the Harzer Schnitzelkönig (10 min. away) you can enjoy the best schnitzels. On foot, you can eat excellently.
With us, you can recharge, breathe in the fresh scent of blossoms and the clear air of the Upper Harz forests. The fox and the raccoon come up to the house.
A cozy vacation home in Lautenthal, surrounded by dense forests and gentle hills. The house offers a magnificent view of the Harz mountains and is situated in a quiet location. Inside, a warm, inviting atmosphere awaits you for cozy evenings. On the terrace, you can enjoy the peace and listen to the birds. A perfect place for rest and relaxation!

The best choice for a happy vacation
I spent three days here – it was wonderful in every way, very comfortable, and exceptionally clean, with all the necessary amenities.

Beautiful cabin
The location is wonderful. The cabin has everything you need. Parking available. Very lovingly furnished.
Only downside: it was very cold and we didn't want to turn on those energy hogs. So just a small fan and the same in the bathroom. We froze, and an efficient heating system should be installed there. Also in the bathroom.

Dear Thieme family, after more than 26 years we have once again vacationed in your holiday homes. We have rediscovered old things and still have not seen everything of the very beautiful mountain landscape. The holiday home is beautifully situated with direct access to the forest and has a certain charm. The holiday home is clean, the interior modern, comfortable, and equipped with practically everything needed in a household. The stairs to the bedroom are adventurous; you just have to be careful, but you can hold on well.
We had internet, so everything was good.
A compliment to the cleaning team, who helped us with our small problem with the heater and replaced it immediately.
We really enjoyed our time in the holiday home again.
We would love to come back!

Super location, very nice landlords.
We arrived and were completely surprised by how great the location is.
Everything was already ready when we arrived, small gifts (drinks were waiting for us)
The stairs up are super steep and very smooth.
Unfortunately, we found that not everything is great.
The kitchen was unfortunately not clean.
In the drawer, food leftovers from the previous guest.
The stove was dirty and the sink as well, as well as the inside of the cabinet.
Well? We then looked around further, the bathroom door was full of toothpaste and the mirror cabinet in the corners was dusty.
Up in the rooms, there were a lot of cobwebs (the child didn't want to sleep there).
The mattresses were very hard, but that's a matter of opinion. And everyone feels it differently.
Nevertheless, it was such a great vacation, although short, but great. ?
And otherwise, you can really find everything in the little houses.
The landlords are super nice and always respond very promptly.

I can only recommend this holiday home with pleasure. A very nice greeting to the cleaning company, very very clean. And there is really everything you need in the house, except a microwave and the surroundings are top.
