Description
The house was built in 1989 on a plot of almost 1000 m². It offers space for 4 - 5 people.
The ground floor is bricked, the ground floor is a wooden house
The floor space is 108 m², of which the living space is about 90 m².
On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and TV, a living room with a wood-burning stove and a flat-screen TV (80 cm), a fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, a shower room with WC and a large balcony.
The basement offers a second, very large bedroom with double bed, single bed, and another sitting area as a retreat. There is also a TV and DVD. Also on the ground floor is a shower room with WC, washing machine, tumble dryer. There is also a spacious terrace for barbecuing and relaxing.
There is a sledge, board games, Lego and books for our young guests.
For the little ones we have a travel cot and a high chair.
The house has gas central heating.
Furthermore, W-LAN is available free of charge in the entire house.

Location and surroundings of object
The former mountain town of Lautenthal lies in the Upper Harz in an enchanting valley surrounded by forests, not far from the Innerstetalsperre. Like a mountain hut, our house is situated high on the Schulberg, with a view over the town and the valley.
All Harz excursion destinations are within easy reach, whether you want to experience culture, the imperial palace or the historic old town in Goslar, go skiing and tobogganing or take a steam train ride up the Brocken, visit stalactite caves or the Devil's Wall, the Harz Mountains offer something for everyone. Lautenthal itself is ideal for extended hiking tours, cycling trips or simply relaxing and 'unwinding'. The mining museum is definitely worth a visit.

we were there with 2 grandchildren (4 & 15 years) and a dog. We all felt very comfortable right away. The rooms are nice and big and no one felt cramped. There were also toys for the little ones and games for the evening. The equipment left nothing to be desired, everything was there from A-Z.
As we had snow, our children could slide down the small hill behind the house and have fun in the snow. Not far from the shops - about 10 minutes. And there is a real butcher (delicious).
the driveway to the house is a bit narrow, but it worked the second time.
PS. Maybe as a hint, when there is a lot of snow, put a sign with Ferienhaus Eden on the garden fence, as you can only see the roof, you can drive past quickly.
Otherwise always happy to come back. ---- Very nice landlords ---

Dream autumn holiday
You open the door and immediately feel at home! The whole house is immaculately clean and everything is very well maintained
In the evening, you can end your day of hiking on the cosy sofa by the open fire.

A rustic, cosy house to feel at home in, which is equipped with many remarkable extras and is obviously run with a lot of heart and soul. Uncomplicated, quick and very nice communication with the landlady completes this top offer!

Ein super Haus!!!!!
Wir verbrachten hier 14 tolle Tage mit unseren 2 Enkelkindern.
Es blieben absolut keine Wünsche offen und sowohl die "Alten" als auch die "Jungen"(an Jahren) fühlten sich hier pudelwohl.
Es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht, Geschirr, Pfannen Töpfe usw.
Eben super ausgestattet und dazu herrliche Betten, in denen alle sehr gut geschlafen haben.
Ganz besonders möchten wir die überaus nette Begrüßung durch Frau Wedde erwähnen. Man fühlte sich wirklich herzlich , aber unaufdringlich aufgenommen in ihrem "Reich". Nochmals vielen Dank und wenn`s passt, kommen wir bestimmt wieder!!

Paradiesisches Fleckchen Erde
Wir verbrachten im August 2019 einen Familienurlaub im Haus Eden. Unsere übereinstimmende Meinung: ein pariedisisches Fleckchen Erde , ein Haus, das liebevoll und individuell eingerichtet ist, keinen Wunsch offen lässt, und Frau Wedde als herzliche Gastgeberin, die auch für Sonderwünsche ihrer Gäste ein offenes Ohr hat und durch Tipps und Hinweise dazu beiträgt , dass der Urlaub zum rundum schönen Erlebnis wird.
An dieser Stelle nochmals ganz herzlichen Dank, liebe Frau Wedde!

Eine kleine Einschränkung gibt es: die Anfahrt zum Ferienhaus ist steil und eng

Super schönes Ferienhaus
Wir sind sehr begeistert von dem Ferienhaus Eden. Die Lage ist perfekt, man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Frau Wedde ist sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit.
Was dem Ferienhaus noch etwas fehlt wenn man dort mit Hund Urlaub macht, ist ein geschlossener Zaun nach vorne zur Straße, dann wäre es mehr als perfekt.
Wir werden dieses Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall wieder mieten.

Alles perfekt
Super Ferienhaus mit lieber Vermieterin. Im Haus fehlt es wirklich an nichts!! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder.
Das einzige was ich sagen musst , mit einen Minivan oder etwas noch größeren sollte man nur als geübter Fahrer den Berg zum Haus hoch bzw runter fahren

Entspannter Urlaub in Harz
