This very well-maintained 1-room holiday flat will delight you with its location directly on the beach of Binz and its beautiful and comfortably furnished balcony
The flat is located on the ground floor and offers plenty of space for 2-3 people
The living area is equipped with a large internet-capable LCD TV, DVD player, stereo system as well as a dining area and a complete kitchenette (Senseo coffee machine for coffee pods, 4-plate ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, etc.). The bathroom has a WC and a real glass shower
Wi-Fi is available to guests free of charge
From the balcony you even have a small sea view (see photo)
Smoking is not permitted in the flat. Please use the balcony for this purpose.
The flat is located on the ground floor.
A parking space is reserved for you at the house. Bicycles can be stored in the bicycle cellar.

There are numerous restaurants, bakers and shopping facilities in Binz. You can reach the town centre and the pier in 10 minutes, after a relaxing walk along the beach or the promenade.

Beautiful apartment directly by the beach!
The apartment is located in the front row right on the beach. It has enough space for 2 people and is nicely furnished. The car parks comfortably right behind the house. In case of a small mishap, we were helped very friendly and quickly by the apartment caretaker. Thanks again for that. We are happy to recommend it!
