The vacation apartment is located on the southwestern edge of Julianadorp in a very beautiful residential area, away from the large holiday home developments - house in an absolutely prime location. Enjoy in peace what others only dream of. Located directly on the water surrounded by nature.
Watch seagulls, coots, great crested grebes, ducks, swans from your terrace.

From the terrace (west orientation) you have a magnificent view of the North Sea dune landscape and the beautiful sunsets. In favorable weather, one can hear the sea murmuring on the property. Approx. 800 m to the fine sandy beach, approx. 400 m to the nearest shopping center, nearby restaurants.

Gorgeous view
Superb location and stunning view of the dunes. Experiencing the sunset from here: a dream!
In addition, the really great hosts Karin and Volker, you feel like you're with friends.

Ein Traum
There is absolutely nothing to complain about. The apartment, by the way in a fantastic location, is equipped with everything you need in everyday life. Even the (regional) local radio stations were preset. The landlords are very pleasant and friendly people who further enhance the good first impression. The settlement of Zwanenbalg, atypical for the Netherlands, where the apartment is located, was designed on a drawing board and is surrounded by a canal system, giving each house a waterfront property with access to the water. This creates a unique idyllic setting that, in my opinion, is unmatched. This was definitely not our last vacation in this area, probably not the last in this apartment either :-). Finally, it should be noted that cleanliness is also worth mentioning; in general, the landlords make every effort to leave nothing to be desired.

North Holland - again and again!
This holiday apartment of Karin and Volker Wiesner can only be recommended! Everything you need to spend a wonderful holiday in Julianadorp is there. Everything is clean and tidy. The landlord couple is so natural and nice that you immediately feel at home. We will remember this week for a long time and will definitely come back!

If you are looking for a truly beautiful spot on Earth, an oasis of peace, a vacation rental with everything you need, and extremely friendly landlords who are always ready to listen, then your search ends now.
You have suddenly found everything and can now book with peace of mind!
We (Angelika and Wolfgang from 58 Hagen) were here for 14 days in July 2019 and found everything as described above, and we are thrilled. The result is, we have booked 14 days with Karin and Volker again for 2020! This says it all - right? We are not paid for the review (haha)!!
