Location and surroundings of object
The residential complex is located directly on the dune transition to the magnificent sandy beach of Julianadorp an Zee. The popular beach restaurant Paal 6 is also located here and the equally popular beach restaurant "Zee van Tijd" (Paal 5) is just a 10-minute walk along the water's edge. Both restaurants offer good catering and, with their sheltered outdoor terraces, are ideal for pannekoken, kibbeling or, of course, sunbathing all year round.
The flat is located on the second floor (lift available) and offers a wonderful view of the dune landscape from the balcony. There are a further three restaurants/restaurants in the immediate vicinity offering a wide variety of cuisine. Guests of the residential complex can use the facilities of the parks to the rear: Mini golf, tennis, golf, bowling, bike hire, great playgrounds and petting meadow for the little ones and an adventure playground for the older kids as well as an indoor fun pool for the whole family mean that boredom is never an option. The village centre of Julianadorp is only about 2.5 kilometres away and is easily accessible on foot or by bike. Here you will find two shopping centres with a wide range of shops, cafés and various restaurants. The food markets are also open on Sundays and public holidays until late in the evening.

Ein traumhaft schöner Urlaub in einer schönen Wohnung
Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Familie Wiesner! Alles hat ganz wunderbar geklappt.
Unser Sohn fand das Thema der Wohnung sehr ansprechend und hat si h sehr über die Verkleidungskiste gefreut!
Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen! Alles vorhanden, sauber und super nah zum wirklich schönen Strand!
Herr Wiesner hatte noch "Insidertipps" für uns. Das war sehr hilfreich!

Schöner Kurzurlaub
Meine Tochter, meine Enkelin und ich haben wunderschöne Urlaubstage in Julianadorp verbracht. Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Ausstattung ist außergewöhnlich und gut. Meine Enkelin war auch begeistert, sie (und ihre Mutter ?) hatten viel Spaß mit der Verkleidungskiste.
Das Wetter hat super mitgespielt, von morgens bis abends lachte die Sonne. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Kurzer Weg zum Strand und in der Anlage tolle Spielplätze.
Ich kann diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Klasse Urlaub ?
Wir waren in der Karwoche mit 6 Personen in der wunderbaren Ferienwohnung im schönen Julianadorp aan Zee. Die Wohnung lässt kaum Wünsche übrig.Bestens ausgestattet liegt sie direkt am Rand der großen Düne und bietet dank des Balkons mit gemütlichen Sesseln einen tollen Ausblick . Auch das Parken direkt hinterm Haus ,selbst mit Anhänger kein Problem,wir hatten E Räder mit und konnten diese sogar kostenfrei im Fahrrad Unterstand aufladen.Ein Traum sind auch die genialen Radwege quer durch die Dünenlandschaften mit ihrer einzigartigen Natur und den vielen Wildvögeln,und nicht zu vergessen der feine Sandstrand natürlich. Danke noch mal an die Familie Wiesner die uns so herzlich empfangen hat. Gruß Familie Ruholl

Super gemütliche Wohnung
Wir(2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Wohnung super ausgestattet. Mit Blick auf die Dünen vom Balkon den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Ruhige Wohnanlage, super Parkmöglichkeiten. Alles sehr gepflegt. Kann ich sehr empfehlen.

sehr schöne Wohnung zum rundum Wohlfühlen
Sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem, was man im Urlaub braucht. Sie hat eine perfekte Lage für den Strandurlaub (nur einmal über die Düne und schon ist man am Strand), ebenfalls eine perfekte Lage für den Urlaub mit Kindern (in direkter Nähe verschiedene Spielplätze, Minigolfanlage). Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist nett, auch wäre er im Notfall schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist absolut zu empfehlen!
