This well-kept, detached holiday home with a large private plot offers you a pure beach holiday, whether in the private pool or in the sea, which you can reach on foot in 2 minutes. The kilometre-long beach also invites you to take long walks on the beach.
The newly built private pool is equipped with Roman steps for easy access. A brick-built outdoor shower allows you to cool off in between.
Four sun loungers invite you to relax. An 8 square metre awning provides shade. A barbecue area with sunbed and gas barbecue (4-burner) invites you to enjoy cosy barbecue evenings.
Despite the proximity to the beach, you will find a quiet residential area here. The extensively equipped house has a living space of 118 square metres. Air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms ensures a restful night's sleep even on hot days.
There is a closed parking space on the property for one vehicle with a maximum length of 5 metres. Further parking spaces are available directly adjacent to the property.
The beach is only 90 metres away. Bars and restaurants are also within easy walking distance. The nearest supermarket is approx. 750 metres away. The drive-in cinema Denia is only 2.4 km away and the nearest golf course is 8.4 km away (Oliva Nova Golf).
The holiday home offers 3 air-conditioned bedrooms for a maximum of 6 adults (2 double beds and 1 sofa bed). A fold-out youth bed and a baby cot are also available, which can be added to the bedrooms.

- the kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, microwave and sufficient crockery and cooking utensils for 6 people and FM/DAB radio
- 2 double bedrooms (double bed 180 cm mattress width) are equipped with air conditioning, windows with high-quality insect screens and sliding door wardrobe and can be used by 4 people.
An extra youth bed (180 x 78 cm) for an additional person/child or a baby cot (120 x 70 cm) is also available as an option
1 double bedroom (sofa bed 1.40 m mattress width) or study with air conditioning, window with high-quality insect screens and sliding door wardrobe.
The room also has a 60 x 30 cm wall-mounted folding table (e.g. for laptops) by the window, for alternative use as a 'small workplace' with sofa (instead of bedroom)
- 2 bathrooms are available, with walk-in shower, washbasin and WC or bathtub, washbasin, bidet and WC. Both windows have high-quality insect screen roller blinds
the house is equipped with an internet connection (WIFI / WLAN)
