This well-maintained, detached holiday home with a large private plot offers you pure beach vacation, whether in the private pool or in the sea, which you can reach on foot in 2 minutes. The kilometer-long beach also invites you to take extensive walks.
The private pool is equipped with a Roman staircase for easy entry. A built-in outdoor shower provides refreshment in between. Four sun loungers invite you to relax. An 8 sqm sun sail provides shade. A barbecue area with sun bench and gas grill (4-burner) invites you to cozy barbecue evenings.
Despite the proximity to the beach, you will find a quiet residential location here. The extensively equipped house has a living area of 118 sqm. In the 3 bedrooms, air conditioners ensure restful sleep even on hot days. Additionally, an air conditioner in the living room provides pleasant temperatures.
