The apartment is located in a villa with two other apartments. The pool is designed for private use
Use, as well as the garden, and the apartments share an entrance through the garden.
The ground floor has a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a direct exit to the veranda. First and second floor have the 3 bedrooms and a master bathroom, and the upper balcony offers a beautiful sea view.
There is a barbecue in the garden, WLAN is available and parking spaces are secured.
The village of Volme, where the villa is located, is surrounded by sea in all directions!

Location and surroundings of object
The village of Volme is situated in the southernmost part of Istria. It lies on a small peninsula, directly above the famous national park "Kamenjak". There are miles and miles of wonderful beaches around, and all within minutes of the house.
The nearest town is Pula, the largest town in Istria. Pula is a historical monument in its own right. The ancient Roman amphitheatre, ancient temples, amazing restaurants, shops, clubs and supermarkets are all easily accessible. It is easy to reach the village of Premantura as the motorway exit is only 15 minutes away.

Highly recommended
We spent our family vacation in this house. Everything is very clean. Several nice beaches are nearby (3-5 min by car, 5-10 min by bike). In the nearby harbor, there is a boat and bike rental. A Konzum and a bakery are 2 min by car away. The pool is very well maintained and fenced off, allowing for real privacy. The landlord is great, responds promptly, and has good tips for restaurants and excursion destinations. In Pula, you can get there in about 15 minutes by car.
