Very nice apartment in a quiet location.

We found a modern, well-equipped, and cozy apartment as described. The location in the small bungalow park is very quiet. One can reach the beach in just a few minutes on foot. The surroundings can be explored by bicycle, whether along the coast to Domburg or through the countryside to Middelburg. Shopping can be done in Zoutelande. Bread rolls and croissants can be obtained at the adjacent campsites. The contact with the landlord, Mr. Butz, was very friendly and straightforward. We will gladly come back!

We were very satisfied.

We felt very comfortable. Since it was our first time vacationing in the Netherlands, we rode our bikes every day and explored the surrounding area. What was possibly missing was a way to securely park the bikes. Tip: We brought a cover for our bikes and good bike locks.

Very nice holiday apartment near Zoutelande

We spent a week in the very tastefully and modernly furnished holiday apartment near the beach. The bathroom is spacious and also new. Unfortunately, we could only use the beautiful terrace briefly due to the unpredictable weather. But the evening lighting of the garden was worth seeing. The apartment is located in an appealing and quiet residential area, with everything easily reachable by bike. A parking space is available. We missed having a bicycle storage option. We didn't have a cover with us, so our e-bikes were left out in the pouring rain :(
Overall, however, highly recommended. We'll come back.

Beautiful vacation apartment

Beautiful holiday apartment in a quiet location near the beach. However, it is only accessible via stairs, which was not a problem for us. The apartment is very cozy for 2 people. The landlords, who were present in the main apartment next door at the same time, are very friendly and attentive. A short-term extension was not a problem at all.

The location of the apartment is very suitable for cyclists. There are many bike paths in the immediate vicinity. If we plan to vacation in this area again, we would return to this holiday apartment.

The holiday apartment is located in a beautiful bungalow park. The apartment is ideal for 2 people and nicely decorated. There are plenty of comfortable seating options. The mattresses of the beds are very good. The kitchen could be slightly more functional, but is sufficient. The terrace invites you to linger. The beautiful beach is within walking distance from the apartment. Zoutelande is quickly accessible by bike. There are many cycling paths leading to Middelburg or Vlissingen. Shopping opportunities are nearby. In conclusion, it can be said that you can have a nice and relaxing holiday in the holiday apartment. The contact with the landlord was very good. We would come back.

Modern equipped, spotlessly clean apartment near the beach

We spent 5 days in this accommodation with 2 people. The apartment is well thought out, very well equipped, and offers enough space for 2 people. The car parks right in front of the door and there is also a bicycle stand at the side entrance. The apartment has been completely modernized and equipped with high-quality tiles and furniture. The kitchenette is small with 2 hotplates, a normal-sized refrigerator, and high-quality pots, pans, cutlery, etc. The large dining table by the window is a nice spot from which you can look out into the garden. The seating area with two sofas and a comfortable armchair invites you to relax and read. The bedding and towels, which you can optionally rent, are high quality, clean, and pleasant. The shower has great water pressure and the bathroom is spacious and bright. The terrace is beautifully landscaped and private. The complex where the house is located is very well maintained and in a quiet location. Within walking distance to the beach and Zoutelande is also quickly reachable by bike. The contact with the landlord was always extremely friendly, and we always received quick responses to our questions. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back!

Very nice time in Biggekerke

We felt very comfortable in this vacation rental. The location was perfect for activities. Fitness program with 153 steps to the beach was included. The contact with Mr. and Mrs. Butz was very friendly. They gave us great tips and helpful information for planning our vacation. We traveled by car from Marburg and spent 10 days in this bungalow, which we enjoyed very much. About the bungalow: The small kitchenette is well equipped, with a Senseo machine, salad spinner, toaster, etc. We were able to cook together in the evenings and prepare breakfast. Everything was clean and cozy. We parked right in front of our door. In the complex, you feel safe and it is quiet and very well maintained. There are only 3 German channels on the TV, but we also watched a movie on our laptop with an HDMI cable using our own Netflix account (internet connection was great!). The mattresses are on the softer side, but it was fine for us. The terrace is also very nice and you can sit outside and relax. The landlords are very friendly and we were warmly welcomed. The area is beautiful and we visited Middelburg, a nice small town nearby, multiple times when the weather didn't invite us for a beach walk. But we also visited other villages and cities, which were all worth seeing. The beach is super beautiful, spacious, and clean. It was definitely our highlight! After a small forest section, you reach the stairs that lead up to the dunes. The view from there is truly breathtaking and we enjoyed several sunsets and delicious drinks in the beach cafes. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful location for best relaxation

Thank you for a week of real holiday relaxation from the first minute. The flat is cosy and well equipped with a large terrace. The location is quiet in very well-kept surroundings and perfectly situated with short distances to everything that makes a successful holiday. The beach area is wonderful and the beach cottage provided .... simply ingenious. The landlords are very nice and we will definitely come back. We have been to a few places in Zeelland, but this was the nicest and we are very happy to have found this address.

Very well-equipped accommodation in a quiet location with a beautiful terrace.
Central starting point for lovely car trips to Middelburg, Veere, and Vlissingen.
Shopping possibilities in nearby Zoutelande (small SPAR and large JUMBO supermarket).
To the beach about 10 minutes through a small forest (but then 153 steps up the dunes and a steep wooden staircase down; not recommended for people with limited mobility).

Relaxing holiday near Zoutelande

We (a couple) spent some lovely days in the modernly furnished apartment of the Butz family.
On the large terrace - south facing - you could have a relaxed breakfast in the morning and relax in the evening after cycling tours. The beach is only a 10-minute walk away, which was not very crowded during our stay. The landlords were obliging, and had some tips for our holiday time. We recovered well in the short time we had!

Erholung pur

Our son recommended the holiday accommodation to us, and we were not disappointed. The accommodation was absolutely top-notch (which is not always the case in Holland). We found an ideal apartment for two people, where everything was just right: size, brightness, cleanliness, and amenities were the basis for a relaxing holiday. The large terrace added to our comfort and made us feel very much at home.

The absolute tranquility in the residential area was also very refreshing and allowed for a restful sleep. The proximity to the beach and the many good cycling paths was another highlight.
Overall, the apartment is absolutely recommended, and we will certainly not have been here for the last time. We also got to know the landlords. They also made a very courteous and open impression.

Relaxing holiday for two

Despite mixed weather, we had a lovely vacation in the very nice apartment. Everything was spotlessly clean and matched the pictures of the listing. At night, it is wonderfully quiet. The beach is quickly reached on foot. . . You have to climb 153 steps but are rewarded with a great view. (SUNSET) Mrs. and Mr. Butz welcomed us warmly and gave us many tips. Middelburg, Veere, Deltawerk, Vlissingen, the beach. All worth seeing. One should also heed the restaurant tips. Having a relaxed meal at Standpavillon de Zeuwse Rivera was great, and the fries in Middelburg in the alley with the umbrellas as well. Delicious! Unfortunately, due to the weather, we couldn't spend as much time outside, so in the evening, we might have wished for more than 3 German TV channels. We would gladly come back.

My wife and I booked this beautiful holiday apartment for a week as a vacation home. We found everything as described in the brochure. The holiday apartment was very clean, quiet, and you only had to walk through a small forest to get to the beach. We mostly rode our bikes there. We will definitely book this holiday apartment again.

Beautiful, modern, and well-equipped apartment with a lovely terrace. Perfect for a short vacation for two in a very quiet location. The beach is a good 10-15 minutes' walk away, and shopping facilities are reachable by bike.
We were able to relax very well there. In the house, there are two apartments that share a garden. Since the second one was not occupied, it was very quiet.

Very modern apartment; we lacked nothing. We were able to enjoy breakfast and dinner on the terrace in the sun. The apartment is very well located, just a few minutes' walk to the beach: easily accessible shopping options in the immediate vicinity. This time, we didn't bring the horse, but the bicycles. Wonderful bike paths through forests and dunes, who needs a car then. Domburg and Vlissingen are highly recommendable and easily accessible by car/bike. We will come back! Everything was just perfect - the location, facilities including the terrace, proximity to the beach, and the surroundings. Ideal for cycling - with our bikes, we were out for hours every day. Recommendable!

A tastefully furnished apartment; completely adequate for two people. The bathroom is top-notch; the beds are comfortable and a beautiful terrace is also included. Everything is very clean! And a very quiet residential area, which we as "country bumpkins" really appreciated. To the wide sandy beach, it takes about 10/11 minutes. To get to Zoutelande (excellent ice cream parlor - a must-try), it's about a 25-minute walk - either along the beach, on the dune path, or behind the dunes, depending on your mood and the wind strength.
Communication with the landlords was uncomplicated and reliable.
We will definitely return for a short vacation there...
