Size matters
The 18 sqm terrace leads to the separate entrance of the holiday home - no stairs to climb, instead plenty of space for dog and children. With dark click tiles and artificial rattan furniture, the outdoor area is lounge-style. The seating area is designed for up to 6 people. In addition, two loungers are available. Restrainedly furnished, the bright flat makes full use of its size: Just under 80 square metres ensure comfort and quality of life even on dull days.
Modern, open kitchen
The focal point is the living area with its modern, open kitchen. If you like to cook, you will find the right tools of the trade in the form of a microwave, blender, juicer or chopper. For coffee, you can choose between traditional filter and modern capsule machines. Refrigerator, dishwasher and a modern ceramic hob round off the equipment. Good entertainment - the living room
Make yourself comfortable in the living area on the sitting area with a TV evening. With cable TV in HD, the large 55 inch Smart TV almost feels like cinema. Prefer to watch your own movies? No problem with a suitable app for Samsung Smart TVs you can play your media directly from your tablet or smartphone. Alternatively, a USB stick also works. Do you prefer listening to music or an audio book? That's no problem either: simply connect your smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth or WLAN to the existing Multiroom speaker
Two new bathrooms
With more than two people, there can be a traffic jam in front of the bathroom. Our holiday flat is therefore equipped with two bathrooms - one large and one small. Both were thoroughly renovated and discreetly redesigned in 2018. They are equipped with hairdryers, illuminated vanity mirrors and showers. The contents of any cosmetic bag, no matter how large, can be organised in the large washstands.
Good night - The two bedrooms
Both bedrooms are equipped with comfortable box spring beds. The width is 160 and 140 cm respectively. Both beds have a comfortable sleeping height, which makes it easier for older people to get up. If you want to watch a bit of television before sleeping: Go ahead. There are 40-inch Smart TVs in both bedrooms. In addition, each bedroom has its own brightly tiled bathroom with contemporary fittings and shower cubicles. There are two washbasins in the larger bedroom and one in the smaller. In return, you can store your clothes in a walk-in closet in the smaller bedroom. In the large bedroom there is a real wood wardrobe.
More than four people? That's also possible.
Are you travelling with more than four people? In this case, a sofa bed can be added in the living area. Here, two more people will find space and a restful sleep
The flat comes with a free parking space in the multi-storey car park behind Villa Frisia. Bicycles can be parked on the terrace or in the bicycle room of the parking garage.

Location and surroundings of object
Urban and close to the beach: Villa Frisia is located on a hill in the middle of the "city" of Bansin. The promenade and beach are only 100 m away. You can get your bread rolls in record time: a bakery is located directly below the house, at the foot of the hill. Flat 18 is on the ground floor facing southeast. Due to the difference in altitude and the distance to the pedestrian zone, it is nevertheless quietly situated and cannot be seen from the street. So you don't have to worry about passers-by counting the rolls on your breakfast table.

| Due to the increased cleaning effort, we charge an additional 25 euros for dogs for the entire stay. There are no further overnight charges. If required, you can book a linen package. It includes a towel, a bath towel, a shower mat, bed linen and a tea towel. The cost is 15 euros per person. If you need linen packages, please be so kind and indicate this accordingly when booking, as we have to order the packages in advance. On the day of arrival you will then find made-up beds. In the months of July and August, we only rent out weekly with arrival and departure days on Saturday. |

Villa Frisia is located in the centre of Bansin. Shops, cafés and restaurants are practically around the corner. At the same time, the beach is only about 100 metres away. The large terrace is ideal for children, pets and people who appreciate space at breakfast in the sun. Thanks to the size of almost 80 sqm and two separate bathrooms, several adults can share the flat. Even in bad weather, you won't get cabin fever so quickly. The modern furnishings and a few technical refinements ensure that you don't have to do without familiar standards even on holiday.

Die Ausstattung und Lage sind super.
Allerdings ist die Terrasse nicht einladend sondern sehr erdrückend durch das viele Efeu. Das Reinigungspersonal hat nicht gut sauber gemacht. Schmutz an den Schranktüren der Küche und überall Staub. Am schlimmsten war das Bettzeug. Sehr dreckig mit vielen Flecken. Schon sehr ekelig.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung und Ihre Hinweise. Sie sind sehr wertvoll, um die Servicequalität kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
Es betrübt mich sehr zu hören, dass die Reinigung offenbar Mängel aufgewiesen hat. So sollte das nicht sein und ich bedaure sehr, dass Sie dadurch keinen angenehmen Start in den Urlaub hatten. Hierfür möchte ich mich in aller Form entschuldigen. Hätten Sie sich während Ihres Aufenthalts gemeldet, dann hätte ich eine Nachreinigung und den Austausch der Betttextilien veranlassen können. Ich habe die Mängel an den Dienstleiter weitergereicht.
Die Kopfkissen werden üblicherweise 2x im Jahr getauscht und gewaschen – jeweils im Frühjahr und Herbst. Immer dann, wenn parallel hierzu auf Sommer- bzw. Winterdecken gewechselt wird. Bislang hatte ich den Fall noch nicht Hinweise. Ich habe die Kopfkissen austauschen lassen und den Dienstleister angewiesen, diese künftig vierteljährlich zu wechseln.
Was den Efeu betrifft: Efeu muss man nicht mögen. Genau genommen gehört nur die Terrasse zur Wohnung, nicht aber die Grünflächen darum herum. Diese sind Gemeinschaftseigentum. Von daher darf ich sie nicht einfach verändern. Auch ist der Boden in unmittelbarer Strandnähe sehr sandig, sodass eine Bepflanzung einer gärtnerischen Pflege und künstlicher Bewässerung bedarf. Insofern ist Efeu vielleicht optisch nicht optimal, aber wirtschaftlich abbildbar.

Holiday as a couple
A very nice holiday flat, everything has been thought of.

Beautiful!
Water, sand and rain. Long walks on empty beaches, a happy dog. Fire bowls, mulled wine, fish sandwiches. Looking forward to coming "home". Nothing was lacking!

We had very nice days in this apartment, self-caterers have everything you need, there is space and almost every room is equipped for television, there are also days when you need it.
