This dream house with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, newly built in 2017, is situated in a quiet location in a cul-de-sac overlooking the Hibiscus golf course. Due to its central location, you can reach numerous restaurants and shopping facilities in just a few minutes.
The spacious house has an air-conditioned living area of 200 sqm, a total of 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, whereby 2 bedrooms have king size double beds, the other two bedrooms are each equipped with 2 single beds and a queen size bed.
The 9m saltwater pool with spa is ideally situated facing south west overlooking the golf course. Here you can relax during the day and enjoy the sunset in the evening with a cool drink or a barbeque.
The pool area is secured for children by a pool alarm on the patio door.

This newly built, spacious and brightly furnished villa is located directly on the Hibiscus golf course in the Lely Resort. A paradise for golfers!
The pool is ideally situated to the southwest with a covered terrace and a view of the extensive golf course. Here you can enjoy fantastic sunsets on the terrace with a cool drink.
Quiet location in a cul-de-sac, but still central to numerous restaurants and shopping facilities. The large supermarket Publix is about 1 mile away and downtown and the beach at Naples Pier are only about 6 miles away.
This location offers pure relaxation and yet fun and entertainment in close proximity!

A wonderful house!
We spent three weeks in Villa Hibiscus Golf in May 2023. The house is simply wonderful as well as the saltwater pool and pool area. The villa is very beautiful and tastefully furnished and very well maintained. It is located very quietly in a cul-de-sac with a magnificent view of the golf course.
Everything was available in the villa that you need for a nice holiday. We felt extremely comfortable here.
We have found our dream house for future Florida vacations here. We will definitely come back next year!

Wonderfully relaxing for golfers and sun-seekers
Immaculate, chic house with modern furnishings. Everything available (sheets, towels, crockery, etc.), terrace naturally a little small. Location very central with best infrastructure + public golf course. Beach about 15 minutes by car.
recommend for: adventure and experience, disabled persons, seniors, holiday with children, cultural and sightseeing holiday
