Beautiful sunny holiday home with 3 bedrooms, southwest terrace and large garden near the beach.
Our holiday home is only 500m away from the 18 km long, white and fine sandy beach and the Bodden landscape. It is located on the narrowest part of the Zingst peninsula. The beach and the Bodden can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot
The garden with a large lawn (200 sqm) invites you to play, sunbathe and barbecue. The property is enclosed with hedges. Barbecuing is allowed. Only about 30 - 50 m away there is a basketball court, several children's playgrounds for climbing, romping and digging, table tennis tables and a half pipe for skaters.
On the terrace there is a large table with parasol, six chairs and two sun loungers. In summer, you can sunbathe on our terrace until o'clock.
On the ground floor of the holiday home you will find the large living and dining area, the kitchenette and a bathroom with toilet, shower and hand basin
The following appliances are available in the kitchen:
Dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, cooker with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle.
Next to the kitchen area there is a large dining table for six people.
In the living room there is a large, very comfortable leather couch and an armchair.
On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as the second bathroom with shower, toilet, hand basin and washing machine
In the cosy attic there are three single beds. Here children have their own cosy realm to play and cuddle
There are two flat-screen TVs in the living room and in one of the bedrooms.
A high chair and a cot for children up to 3 years are available free of charge.
Internet via W-LAN is available free of charge.
There are two free car parking spaces on the property.

Location and surroundings of object
Zingst has an 18 km long white and fine sandy beach and lies on the edge of the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park. In spring and autumn, thousands of cranes and wild geese rest on the uninhabited islands of the Bodden landscape. Zingst is completely dyked in and a paradise for cyclists, skaters and hikers. Zingst is the largest village on the Fischland/Darß/Zingst peninsula and offers the most extensive tourist infrastructure. There are enough restaurants, grocery shops and boutiques. Everything can be done on foot. A lively promenade (predominantly traffic-calmed zone) has developed between the pier on the Baltic Sea and the small harbour on the Bodden side. Boat tours of the Bodden and trips to Hiddensee, Stralsund and Barth are offered from the harbour. Sightseeing flights over the spectacular coastal landscape take off from Barth.

In Zingst there are two mini-golf courses, bowling alleys, tennis courts (indoor and outdoor) and badminton courts (Bomigo Leisure Centre Zingst). Archery is also possible there.
Several smaller indoor swimming pools, at Wellness Camp Düne 6, are also available.
A diving bell has been installed at the end of the pier. Here you can dive into the underwater world of the Baltic Sea.
Numerous water activities are offered at the Zingst surf school:
Windsurfing, kite surfing, stand-up paddle, catamaran rides.
Dance workshops in the summertime: Located directly on the beach next to the pier, dance enthusiasts are offered the chance to learn Latin American dances and other dances with professional help in the evenings. Live music and a DJ keep the dancing going into the night.
