Our semi-detached house under thatch is very cozily furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. The spacious living/dining area on the ground floor is equipped with solid wood furniture, a leather couch, and underfloor heating. Relax in any weather in front of the crackling fire in the wood-burning stove. The open kitchen is fully equipped, from A for casserole dish to Z for lemon squeezer. There is also a guest WC and a utility room with washing machine on the ground floor. The 3 bedrooms and 2 shower bathrooms are located on the upper floor. It is very child-friendly, equipped with a travel cot, high chair, children's cutlery, and handcart.

The Sonnenhus Zingst is quietly located on a private street between the Baltic Sea and the Bodden, just 750m from the beautiful beach. The holiday home faces south and is sunny and bright at any time of year. On the terrace in the small garden you can enjoy the first rays of sunshine as early as spring and let your soul unwind. But a visit is also worthwhile in autumn, because then it is crane season. Thousands of majestic birds settle here to gather strength for their onward journey. In the center of Zingst, where many restaurants and shopping opportunities can be found, you do not need a car. You can reach the pier after a pleasant walk, 1500 meters away. The Baltic Sea spa town of Zingst is the easternmost municipality of the charming peninsula chain Fischland-Darß-Zingst and is nestled between the Baltic Sea and the Bodden in the middle of the "Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft" National Park. Here you will find endless fine sandy beaches and a unique, almost untouched natural landscape, which invites you to extensive exploration tours on foot, by bike, or by carriage on the very well-developed, diverse network of cycling and hiking trails.

Preparations for the new season, including thorough cleaning and repairs, are now complete.
In winter, we clean the kitchen and bathrooms ourselves and wash all duvets, mattress protectors, and pillows so that our property looks the way we would like to find a holiday home.
Additionally, starting in 2026, we will also offer internet via Wi-Fi.
