The flat was completely renovated in early summer 2018. -everything is new!
Laundry package, free Wi-Fi, parking space (No. 14) - all inclusive!!!
Our holiday flat is looked after by ourselves. We would like you to get to know us personally!
The furnishing style is bright country house style. You will find a spacious living-dining area with a perfect -separate- fitted kitchen in U-shape, from which you look out into the greenery onto the Butterberg.
The kitchen has a sliding glass door to the living-dining area. Directly in front of it you have the dining table with 4 chairs.
The kitchen is generously equipped. Modern appliances from Krups,

* Pots, pans
* large fridge with freezer compartment,
*Microwave,
* Coffee+tea making facilities
*Oven with ceramic hob,
* Extractor bonnet ,
*Dishwasher-
everything is there.
Filter bags (coffee/tea), tea selection, spices are in the kitchen.
The corner couch with sleep function and bed box in the living room can be extended for a third guest.
The armchairs in front of the large panorama window are inviting - you can read something, enjoy a drink or just look out the window into the greenery.
The large TV hangs on the wall and can be easily adjusted.
The bedroom is furnished in white and has plenty of storage space for your wardrobe. The slatted frames can be adjusted. (200x180) The bedroom also has a large picture window and a door to the balcony.
The hallway has a wardrobe, a shoe cupboard as a bench and umbrellas.
The shower is tiled in white/anthracite and has a window.
The shower cubicle has a minimum entry height. Cosmetic articles are available, as well as a hairdryer.
The floors - except for the tiled shower - all have oak real wood parquet.
The flat itself is barrier-free and brightly daylit.
The cleaning cupboard in the hallway is not locked.
The flat is located in the middle building of the residential complex on the 1st floor (see also exterior view with view of the balcony)

The table is big enough to have a meal.
Free parking space no. 14 belongs to the flat and you can look out onto it from the balcony.
The entire building complex (inside/outside) is maintained by a gardening company.
The minimum rental period is 3 nights.

3-6 nights (2 persons) 48,00 € plus a one-time lump sum of 45 € due to increased maintenance needs

Over the holidays such as Easter, Whitsun, Christmas and New Year, the minimum rental period is 7 nights

Location and surroundings of object
There are 2 bus stops in the immediate vicinity, where the free Ringbus stops, for example.
2 bakeries with breakfast offers, 1 beverage market, 1 butcher's shop are in the direct vicinity. You will find Edeka-Center at the railway station, Edeka in the town centre and Nettomarkt (the bus stops there) in the direction of the hospital. You can also buy magazines from the shop opposite.
You can walk to the town centre in about 10 minutes - turn the corner at the butcher's shop Bremer and then take the 2nd street on the right - and then go straight on. You will pass the Luther Church and be right at the first park in town - the Badepark. Of course you can also take the Ringbus and get off in the city centre at the "Jungbrunnen". The bathing park invites you to linger. Enjoy the peace and quiet under the old chestnut trees and/or stop off at the PalmenCafe. Walk through this park and cross the bridge to reach the heart of the town - the Bummelallee with its old chestnut trees.
All buses stop at the station and take you in different directions - e.g. Molkenhaus/Rabenklippe, Käste and Braunlage.
In the town centre - at the Jungbrunnen - the buses in the direction of Molkenhaus/Rabenklippe also stop, free of charge for you with the Hatix ticket. The forest buses only run from 1 May to 31 October.
The lynx enclosure is located directly at the Rabenklippen (inn). A show feeding by rangers of the National Park takes place here twice a week.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 1 day before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 1 day before check-in, the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee will be refunded.

The very large windows in the living room/bedroom are new and have pleated curtains including the doors to the balcony. In the bedroom they are darkened.
You can reach the interior west-facing balcony from both rooms.
Our beds have adjustable slatted frames.
There are integrated lamps above the headboards so that you can also read in bed.
Our flat has an intercom system.
We have provided cold and hot drinks (coffee capsules) to quench your thirst on arrival.
We want you to feel at home in our holiday flat right from the start.
We always leave the cupboard in the hallway open - in case you should need a hoover etc.
Paths - right next to snow-covered fir trees invite you to take a walk.
Enjoy the winter fairy tale with us in the Harz Mountains
If you come to us in the Harz in winter, the Harz offers its guests many sporting opportunities. You can go skiing, snowboarding or tobogganing. For downhill skiing you can use the lifts at Sonnenberg, St. Andreasberg and Braunlage.
Sledging is also a real experience for everyone. Many children experience their very first snow here on toboggans. It's a wonderful pleasure for "young" and "old" alike, because they don't have to pull the sledge up the mountain.
Cross-country skiing in the Harz?? numerous trails cross the national park and lead you through a magical winter world.
Those who want to explore nature do so with snow shoes. You can reach destinations that are otherwise unreachable. Guided snow-shoe hikes can be booked at the Torfhaus Resort.
If you prefer it a little quieter, then hike through snow-covered fir forests on groomed trails, watch game being fed (Molkenhaus-Marienteichbaude-Rehberger Grabenhaus).
Then come back to "your home" a little chilled out and just feel good after such a day.

You can reach us via the telephone numbers/email provided if something is unclear, you have questions, etc. We usually welcome our guests personally. If this is exceptionally not possible, you will be welcomed by a family member. You can arrive on any day and departure is possible on any day - As you wish. Our holiday flat has been available for rent since July 2018. Get an impression yourself via the description and the photos. The apartment was last "spruced up" in September 2023
