A double bed in the separate bedroom, leather suite and dining area with modern kitchenette in the living room. Terrace with sunbathing lawn. The holiday home Tini can also be combined with our holiday home Bambi, for up to 5 people, on the same property
Large garden pond with garden house and veranda. Outdoor pool heated from May- September. Bad Harzburg is one of Lower Saxony's top 3 spas (study by the European Tourism Association) Here, feel-good dreams come true. One of Lower Saxony's best thermal spas, the Sole-Therme, invites you to completely relax. Indoor and outdoor pools (28-32 degrees), a gymnastics pavilion, beauty area and a sauna experience world with a brine god are just as much a part of the spa as a lobby with a drinking fountain. Stroll through the beautiful pedestrian zone with its attractive shops, which leads into a scenic spa park. There you will find the Burgberg cable car that takes visitors up the large Burgberg. This is the starting point for many hikes. The Silberbornbad, the tree-top walk, Krodoland with its swin golf course, play barn and horse riding facilities are also fun. There is also a high ropes course, a 12-hectare game reserve, Nordic walking trails, fishing ponds, mountain biking, horse riding, an 18-hole golf course, tennis, football, chess, archery and a fitness centre.

Very nice holiday home
We were very nicely welcomed by Mrs. Brauckmann in the holiday home Tini. The holiday home is clean and nicely furnished. Everything you need is there. The garden and the pond are very beautiful. If we are ever in the Harz again, we will be happy to come back.

We were very warmly and lovingly welcomed.The fish pond and the great jetty in front of the cottage absolutely romantic and beautiful.Thank you for the super clean pool which we could enjoy on Sunday!!!Miss Marpel was the crowning glory for Emma our dog?Unfortunately despite nature the marten was very active at night.Unfortunately we had to end the departure because of toothache

Ferienhaus Tini
Sehr, Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, alles was das Herz begehrt ist vorhanden. Sehr liebe Gastgeber. Der Hammer ist der Pool den man mit benutzen darf. Wir werden,( wenn wir denn dürfen?) auf jedenfalls wieder kommen.
Wir haben schon einige Wohnungen kennengelernt, aber dieses Haus mit allem was dazu und dabei gehört, ist echt der Hammer.

Superb holiday home
Dear Ms Thometzek, dear Mr Brauckmann,
we would like to thank you once again for the wonderful days in your holiday home. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our time very much. Everything we needed was there and everything was so clean and lovingly furnished.
The peace and quiet in the cottage is simply heavenly and yet it is not far to the beautiful city. We also enjoyed the tree top walk and the cable car ride, and the great weather too....
You were so friendly and you immediately feel that you are welcome as a guest. THANK YOU.
The spa card gives you free bus travel... we took advantage of this and went often.
We will definitely come back again :-)

Sehr zu empfehlen, absolute Ruhe und schöne Außenanlage
Mein Mann und ich waren im Juli 2016 in dem Ferienhaus Tini.
Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man in einem Urlaub benötigt. Die Lage ist sehr gut gelegen. Es ist absolute Ruhe und trotzdem ist man in wenigen Minuten in der Stadt.
Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und das Haus war sehr sauber.
Sehr gut hat uns die Terrasse und die gesamte Außenanlage mit dem riesigen Gartenteich und den schönen Kois gefallen. Wir werden die Ruhe vermissen, aber wir werden wiederkommen.

In August 2008, Doris Thometzek and Frank Brauckmann took over the long-standing holiday home business from the Brockhoff family. Our two holiday homes are located in Pastor-Eyme-Straße in Bad Harzburg. Pastor-Eyme-Straße is part of a preferred residential area in the heart of the town. It is a 7-minute walk to the town centre. Nevertheless, you are in the middle of greenery, in wooded surroundings with absolute peace and quiet on the approximately 1500sqm property. Both holiday homes are not visible from the street The houses have been awarded by the German Tourism Association (DTV) with with *** stars in each case. Both houses have separate parking spaces for your vehicles. Numerous shopping facilities are also located in the immediate vicinity. As Bad Harzburg is a spa town, you can shop in the evenings until o'clock and even in some shops on Sundays. Baker and butcher are available in the neighbourhood.
