A holiday home with upscale amenities awaits you: sauna, whirlpool, air conditioning, 3 bedrooms (6 persons), 2 bathrooms, 40 sqm terrace and loggia with a direct view of the Juliusruh spa park. The loggia invites you to relax after visiting the sauna, or enjoy a glass of wine there before going to bed, accompanied by the sea smoke. The 10-kilometre-long beach of the Schaabe is only 400 metres away from the Feriehaus. There are several restaurants in the nearby vicinity. You will find shopping facilities in Altenkirchen 2 kilometres and Glowe 8 kilometres from the holiday home.

Silva means forest: the newly built holiday home is located directly at the well-kept spa gardens. Mare is the sea: forest and sea characterise the landscape in the north of Rügen. You can reach the fine sandy beach of the Baltic seaside resort Breege/Juliusruh after only a few metres. Look to the left and you will see the lighthouses of Cape Arkona a few kilometres away. And to the right you are already at the starting point of the Schaabe, the headland stretching 12 kilometres to the southeast with its beautiful sandy beach on the Baltic Sea side and the atmospheric pine forests adjoining it on the landward side. These in turn find their natural boundary at the "Breeger Bodden".
Open sea, forest and inland waters close together, a fascinating variety is offered to you, practically on the doorstep of your Silvamare holiday home.
Whether you take time for leisure activities on the beach with bathing, playing or beach walking, or explore the hiking trails along the Bodden, whether you go on a cycling tour on well-developed cycle paths or otherwise get to know the wider surroundings, - or simply stay in Silvamare in peace and quiet and feel at home: Many things are possible and promise a relaxing break from the usual daily routine.
Breege, which can still be felt as an old fishing village on the Bodden, has a lot of charm from tradition and the old ways. There is a good range of restaurants and small shops. From the old harbour you can set out on boat trips, for example to the island of Hiddensee or to the Störtebeker Festival. You can also hire a boat as "your own captain".
Further afield, the Jasmund National Park with its chalk cliffs, which are well worth seeing and have become a symbolic image of a special kind for Rügen, are inviting. There are many excursion destinations worth seeing and experiencing in the near and far surroundings of the island of Rügen. You will find plenty of information at the tourist information office at Wittower Str. 5, very close to Silvamare.

This is also the name of the holiday home we offer you for your holidays. SILVAMARE is a holiday home with 5-star comfort.
Modern equipment with air conditioning, whirlpool, sauna and fibre-optic network connection make it a special kind of "well nest".
It is located in a newly developed building area and borders directly on the wonderful park with very old trees. From the property you have direct access to the park. The spacious loggia on the upper floor with direct access from the sauna, equipped with chairs, loungers and table, also faces the park. SILVAMARE is quietly located away from the main road. It is stylishly furnished with an open living / dining area and integrated kitchen. It has 3 bedrooms for a total of 6 adults plus possible infant extra bed. You will find two modern bathrooms. One downstairs with WC and shower, and another upstairs with WC, shower and whirlpool. Upstairs, next door, you can enjoy the sauna. And if you want to go outside afterwards, open the door to the loggia! You will find peace and quiet in 3 well-equipped bedrooms. The first is on the ground floor, with a box spring bed (160 x 200) and TV. The other two are on the upper floor. In the main bedroom you can also find well-deserved rest in a box-spring bed (180 x 200). TV included, direct access to the loggia. In a smaller bedroom with two single beds, additional guests will find comfortable rest and relaxation. An additional cot is available for smaller children.
Further features: In the open living area you will find the fully equipped kitchen as well as the cosy area with fireplace. The connection of the holiday home to the latest broadband fibre optic technology allows for the fastest internet surfing. The living area is equipped with a large flat-screen TV, radio, DVD player and gaming console.
SILVAMARE is a "Minergie energy-saving house" with heat exchange technology, underfloor heating and air conditioning. This ensures a consistently comfortable and controllable temperature in all rooms. Our holiday home SILVAMARE offers you cosy holidays at any time of the year.
