Do you dream of the sound of the sea, wide horizons, and vibrant colors?
Our lovingly furnished Holland holiday home awaits you in a beautiful holiday complex, nestled in dreamy tulip fields and directly behind the protective dunes.
After just a few minutes’ walk (approx. 400m), you will already feel the fine, white sandy beach of the Dutch coast beneath your feet.
On a 370sqm fenced plot, our non-smoking holiday home offers you approx. 85sqm of living space plus a 20sqm conservatory, providing plenty of room for shared moments and private retreats. Your beloved pet is part of the family for us and is warmly welcome!
Ground floor – Comfort & Coziness:
On cooler days, pleasant underfloor heating (in addition to radiators) keeps your feet warm. Relax in the cozy living room with TV and an inviting reading corner. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, as well as a coffee machine and Senseo machine. A bathroom with shower and WC completes the ground floor.
The highlight – The conservatory:
Enjoy the sun even in windy weather in our 20sqm, light-filled conservatory. A private fireplace creates an especially cozy atmosphere here.
Upper floor – Dream & Sleep in:
Here you will find a separate WC and three cozy bedrooms. One room offers a large double bed (1.80m x 2.00m). Two further rooms are equipped with French beds (each 1.40m x 2.00m) – these rooms can be flexibly connected or separated by a practical sliding door.
Practical extras:
Directly next to the front door is a storage room with a washing machine at your disposal. You can park your car conveniently and barrier-free directly in front of the house for loading and unloading.
Please note that charging electric vehicles via the regular household electricity is not permitted.
For this purpose, comfortable charging stations are available directly in the park as well as outside the park.
A lovely spot to relax: The garden
The fully dog-proof fenced garden offers you and your loved ones wonderful privacy. Relax on the sun terrace directly by the idyllic canal and just let your soul unwind. So that you, your children, or your four-legged friends can spend time outside safely and relaxed, the terrace can be easily closed off towards the water with a rolling gate.

Location and surroundings of object
The lovingly furnished house is located directly behind the dunes. In just a few minutes’ walk you can reach the beach (approx. 400m).
The surroundings and our house are absolutely child-friendly! In the well-kept park there are great playgrounds, water play areas, and an animal enclosure to discover. Feel like being active? Use the mini-golf course, the bowling center, the bicycle and handcart rental, or the trampoline. In the directly adjacent park, a subtropical swimming pool and a golf course also await you.
For larger shopping trips or a spontaneous day trip by ferry to the beautiful island of Texel, the center of Den Helder is only eight kilometers away.
The beautiful and historic city of Alkmaar can be reached by car in just about 40 minutes. Take the opportunity for a leisurely shopping stroll through the picturesque alleys or visit the world-famous traditional cheese market – an absolute highlight of the region! Switch off, let the North Sea air blow around your nose, and recharge your batteries. Our holiday home is the perfect retreat for your time out by the sea.

Cancellation terms:
a) For cancellations up to 60 days before the start of the rental period, 30% of the total price. b) For cancellations from the 59th to the 16th day before the start of the rental period, 50% of the total price. c) For cancellations from the 15th to the 1st day before the start of the rental period, 80% of the total price. If a replacement renter is found, only a rebooking fee of 30 euros is charged. Cancellation fees will not be charged in this case.

Very nice accommodation

Beautiful house
We spent a wonderful week in the cottage, everything was just as you see in the photos, nothing was missing, fully equipped kitchen. The winter garden was excellent, where the morning started with a nice breakfast. Our Yorki loved the garden with playing ball. All in all a great house, very clean and very tasteful furnishings. We will certainly come again.

Pure relaxation is guaranteed in this beautiful holiday home, equipped with great attention to detail. In the winter garden, you can unwind in any weather, whether enjoying a meal together, browsing, or gazing into the fireplace. Relaxation is also promised in the cozy spot by the small canal, in the reading chair, or on the leather sofa. The high table with comfortable bar stools is the icing on the cake. You don't stay alone for long in the perfectly equipped kitchen. There are even two large dog baskets available. Our Labrador loves this place. A spacious garden shed for storing the wagon and more rounds off everything. We have been here several times and are already looking forward to our next holiday in this beautiful holiday home.

A long-awaited dream came when we bought the holiday home in May 2018. The long wait was worth it. We fell in love with the house and would like to remodel it in 2019 so that our guests, like us, feel comfortable in it.
