Description
Your holiday home is located on an approx. 370 sqm fully fenced plot and can accommodate up to 6 people. The living space is approx. 85 sqm plus 20 sqm for the winter garden. Your favourite pet is also welcome. The cosy living room is equipped with TV / SAT and a reading corner. In addition to the radiators, the ground floor is equipped with underfloor heating. The windows are also equipped with external blinds.
In addition to 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, 1 sep. toilet, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, Senseo machine and dishes.
Next to the front door is a storage room. Here you will find a washing machine at your disposal.
In the garden, a sun terrace directly on the canal welcomes you. Here you can sit back and enjoy your holiday to the fullest. Likewise, you can enjoy the sun in our large conservatory even in cooler temperatures.
You can easily park and unload your car directly in front of the house.
Dear dog owners:
It happens again and again that our cleaning staff complain about disproportionate soiling by dogs. It is not easy to get good cleaning staff. We are very satisfied with our current cleaners and do not want to lose them.
Therefore, my request to you:
Do not let your dog(s) on the upholstered furniture or beds! If possible, your dog should not be left alone in the holiday home and should also be walked outside the property to do its business there. Please leave the house when you leave so that the house is not full of dog hair everywhere.
We ourselves are also dog owners and would find it a great pity if we could no longer rent the house to dog owners.

Location and surroundings of object
Our Dutch holiday home is located in a beautiful holiday complex, directly behind the dunes, surrounded by tulip fields.
Not far from our holiday home (approx. 400m) you can reach the kilometres of white sandy beaches of the Dutch coast.
The surroundings and our holiday home are child-friendly! In the park you will find plenty of playgrounds and water areas as well as an animal enclosure. If you want to be active, you will find a mini-golf course, bicycle and trolley rental, a trampoline and a bowling centre. In the adjacent park there is a subtropical swimming pool and a golf course.

Cancellation terms:
a) For cancellations up to 60 days before the start of the rental period, 30% of the total price. b) For cancellations from the 59th to the 16th day before the start of the rental period, 50% of the total price. c) For cancellations from the 15th to the 1st day before the start of the rental period, 80% of the total price. If a replacement renter is found, only a rebooking fee of 30 euros is charged. Cancellation fees will not be charged in this case.

Very nice accommodation

Beautiful house
We spent a wonderful week in the cottage, everything was just as you see in the photos, nothing was missing, fully equipped kitchen. The winter garden was excellent, where the morning started with a nice breakfast. Our Yorki loved the garden with playing ball. All in all a great house, very clean and very tasteful furnishings. We will certainly come again.

Pure relaxation is guaranteed in this beautiful holiday home, equipped with great attention to detail. In the winter garden, you can unwind in any weather, whether enjoying a meal together, browsing, or gazing into the fireplace. Relaxation is also promised in the cozy spot by the small canal, in the reading chair, or on the leather sofa. The high table with comfortable bar stools is the icing on the cake. You don't stay alone for long in the perfectly equipped kitchen. There are even two large dog baskets available. Our Labrador loves this place. A spacious garden shed for storing the wagon and more rounds off everything. We have been here several times and are already looking forward to our next holiday in this beautiful holiday home.
