Description
Your holiday home is located on an approx. 370 sqm fully fenced plot and can accommodate up to 6 people. The living space is approx. 85 sqm plus 20 sqm for the winter garden. Your favourite pet is also welcome. The cosy living room is equipped with TV / SAT and a reading corner. In addition to the radiators, the ground floor is equipped with underfloor heating. The windows are also equipped with external blinds.
In addition to 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, 1 sep. toilet, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, Senseo machine and dishes.
Next to the front door is a storage room. Here you will find a washing machine at your disposal.
In the garden, a sun terrace directly on the canal welcomes you. Here you can sit back and enjoy your holiday to the fullest. Likewise, you can enjoy the sun in our large conservatory even in cooler temperatures.
You can easily park and unload your car directly in front of the house.
Dear dog owners:
It happens again and again that our cleaning staff complain about disproportionate soiling by dogs. It is not easy to get good cleaning staff. We are very satisfied with our current cleaners and do not want to lose them.
Therefore, my request to you:
Do not let your dog(s) on the upholstered furniture or beds! If possible, your dog should not be left alone in the holiday home and should also be walked outside the property to do its business there. Please leave the house when you leave so that the house is not full of dog hair everywhere.
We ourselves are also dog owners and would find it a great pity if we could no longer rent the house to dog owners.

Our Dutch holiday home is located in a beautiful holiday complex, directly behind the dunes, surrounded by tulip fields.
Not far from our holiday home (approx. 400m) you can reach the kilometres of white sandy beaches of the Dutch coast.
The surroundings and our holiday home are child-friendly! In the park you will find plenty of playgrounds and water areas as well as an animal enclosure. If you want to be active, you will find a mini-golf course, bicycle and trolley rental, a trampoline and a bowling centre. In the adjacent park there is a subtropical swimming pool and a golf course.

Beautiful house
We spent a wonderful week in the cottage, everything was just as you see in the photos, nothing was missing, fully equipped kitchen. The winter garden was excellent, where the morning started with a nice breakfast. Our Yorki loved the garden with playing ball. All in all a great house, very clean and very tasteful furnishings. We will certainly come again.

Traumdomizil
Erholung pur in diesem wunderschönen und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattetem Ferienhaus ist hier vorprogrammiert. Im Wintergarten kann man bei Wind und Wetter die Seele baumeln lassen, ob beim gemeinsamen Essen, schmökern oder mit Blick in den Kamin. Entspannung verspricht aber auch der gemütliche Platz an der kleinen Gracht, im Lesesessel oder der Ledergarnitur. Der Stehtisch mit den bequemen Barhockern ist noch dazu das I-Tüpfelchen. Da bleibt man in der perfekt ausgestatteten Küche nicht lange allein. Es sind sogar zwei große Hundekörbe vorhanden. Unser Labrador liebt diesen Platz. Ein geräumiges Gartenhaus zum Abstellen des Bollerwagens und mehr rundet das Ganze ab.
Wir waren schon mehrfach hier und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Feriendomizil.

Unser Kurzurlaub im September
Wir haben unseren Kurzurlaub mit unserem Labrador in einem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die kürzlich erfolgte Renovierung ist toll gelungen.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Wintergarten, in dem wir uns sehr gerne aufgehalten haben. Auch den Garten mit Strandkorb und Sonnenliegen konnten wir bei Sonnenschein voll genießen.
Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön. Es liegt direkt an einer "Gracht".
Der Ferienpark ist gepfegt und toll gelegen (nur kurzer Gehweg zum Strand).
Wir hatten einen sehr netten Kontakt zur Vermieterin.
Das Haus können wir uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus
Wir haben im Juni eine Woche in diesem tollen Ferienhaus verbracht, wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 2 mittelgroße Hunde. Mein Bruder, meine Schwägerin und meine 5 jährige Nichte hatten zur gleichen Zeit eine Ferienwohnung im Park für das verlängerte Pfingstwochenende. Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit und konnten sogar alle zusammen im Ferienhaus grillen und gemeinsam Zeit verbringen. Unser aller Lieblingsplatz war definitiv die Terrasse an der Gracht und natürlich der Wintergarten. Wir hatten einige Regentage und hatten in dem Wintergarten trotzdem das Gefühl noch immer irgendwie draußen zu sein. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen und auch der Park an sich ist sehr sauber und schön. Das Ferienhaus ist super ausgestattet und der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war immer sehr nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Haus vor allem mit Kindern und Hunden empfehlen.

Wir haben Anfang April eine Woche in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Hier lassen sich auch ein paar Regentage aushalten. Die Lage ist traumhaft schön und die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Sehr netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Hervorragende Ausstattung
Wir waren schon oft in Ferienhäuser, aber die Ausstattung dieses Ferienhauses hat alles übertroffen. Es wurde wunderschön renoviert und die Eigentümer haben modern und rustikal perfekt gemischt. Auch für die Aufmerksamkeiten nachträglich zu meinem Geburtstag vielen Dank!! Wir können dieses Ferienhaus, vor allem mit Hunden, uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen!!
