Welcome to the holiday home Seestern121 in Julianadorp aan Zee – your perfect retreat on the Dutch North Sea coast!
Here you can enjoy relaxing vacation days on 60 m² of living space with up to four people and an infant. The house has two bedrooms with comfortable beds. In one bedroom there is a large double bed (160x200cm), in the other two single beds (90x200cm), a modern newly renovated bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, large refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee machine etc. – ideal for enjoyable meals. In the light-flooded living area, the fireplace invites you to relaxing evenings, while you watch your favorite shows on the smart TV with many German channels from the sofa or use the Wi-Fi (100MB).

Outside, a spacious sunny terrace with wind protection and garden furniture awaits you. A well-kept garden invites you to cozy barbecue evenings at the BBQ grill.
For little guests, a crib and a high chair are available. Two bicycles allow you to explore the surroundings and the nearby dunes. A private parking space is available directly at the bungalow, as well as a washing machine, iron, and hairdryer for your comfort.
A handcart is also available for your beach trip to transport your belongings.

The house is reserved for non-smokers and is also suitable for longer stays.

Cancellation terms:

Here is the translation to English: If the tenant does not undertake the trip – regardless of the reason – the deposit will be forfeited. The landlord will make an effort to rent the house to other interested parties. If this is successful, the deposit will be refunded to the tenant, minus a processing fee of €150.00. If it is not possible to rent out the house for the entire booked period, the deposit will be forfeited. In the event of cancellation less than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period (receipt of the cancellation notice by the landlord), the full rental price is due; however, the landlord will attempt to find a new tenant. If the property is rented out for the entire period, the payment made will be refunded minus a processing fee of €150.00. If only part of the cancelled rental period is re-rented, a proportional refund will be made. If re-renting is unsuccessful, no refund of the rental amount will be given. It is recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance.
