The living room has 2 leather sofas and a chair and a large dining table for 6 people. 1 display cabinet and 2 chests of drawers provide sufficient storage space. Technical equipment: Color TV 81 cm, cable and satellite system, DVD player, radio with CD player, free Wi-Fi. The kitchen offers with its full equipment all prerequisites for self-catering: dishwasher cooker with ceramic hob and oven, refrigerator with separate freezer, microwave, 2 coffee machines (1 with pads), kettle, hand mixer, waffle iron, vacuum cleaner, etc. The house has 1 storage room and 1 parking place. There are also 1 barbecue, a garden table with 6 comfortable garden chairs including parasol and 3 sun loungers available.

Location and surroundings of object
By bike you can reach the beautiful and busy sandy beach of the North Sea in about 10 minutes, where you can swim at any time (at low tide and high tide) in the gently sloping sea. Sea, beach, dunes and endlessly wide fields of flowers form the surroundings of Sint Maartenszee. A fascinating sea in all seasons, a wide and clean sandy beach and a dune landscape with nature reserves and bird sanctuaries, which land for long walks, gradually turn into a vast area of original Dutch character. From here, due to the central location between the towns of Bergen, Den Helder and Schagen many activities can be started. Thus, the historic towns on the IJsselmeer and Alkmaar (cheese market), Haarlem and Amsterdam are within easy reach. From Den Helder (22km) you can easily explore the island of Texel by bike. Likewise, bicycle tours through the flower fields, pasture, forest and dune landscapes to relax. Children can have fun on the playground and football pitches in the park, as well as in the swimming pool and on the mini golf course or on the tennis courts. In the house you will find 2 folders in which numerous excursion tips for young and old are put together. Furthermore, you will also find information on possible restaurant visits and much more.

Our cottage is located in a privately owned bungalow park. During your stay, you will be looked after by the reception (very friendly staff). The park has a subtropical swimming pool with attached sauna. The stay in the swimming pool is free for our guests. Furthermore, there are 4 playgrounds in the park as well as a football field with football goals. There are 1 mini golf course and 2 tennis courts available for a fee. It is also possible to rent bicycles at the reception (subject to a charge). At the laundrette at the reception you can do the laundry and dry your clothes.
The nearest supermarket you reach from Easter to the end of the autumn holidays in walking distance (about 500m). Otherwise, you can reach several supermarkets, z. In Callantsoog "Albert Heijn" and in Petten "Spar-Markt" in 3-6km distance. The nearest major shopping town Schagen is about 10km away.
