On the ground floor with underfloor heating (summer/winter accommodation) there is 1 large living/dining room, 1 spacious kitchen, and 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin, and additional towel heater. On the upper floor there is 1 bedroom with double bed and 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds, as well as 1 toilet with washing facility. Additionally, a cot, safety gate, and high chair are available. The living room is furnished with 2 leather sofas and an armchair, as well as a large dining table for 6 people. 1 display cabinet and 2 dressers provide ample storage space. Technical equipment: Smart TV, cable and satellite system, DVD player, radio with CD player, free Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed for self-catering: dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob and oven, refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, microwave, 2 coffee machines (1 with pods), electric kettle, hand mixer, waffle iron, vacuum cleaner. At the house there are 1 storage room and 1 parking space. There is also 1 grill, a garden table with 6 comfortable garden chairs including a sunshade, as well as 3 sun loungers available.

By bicycle, you can reach the beautiful and wide sandy beach of the North Sea in about 10 minutes, where you can swim in the gently sloping sea at any time (at low tide and at high tide). Sea, beach, dunes, and endless wide flower fields form the surroundings of Sint Maartenszee. A sea that fascinates in all seasons, a wide and clean sandy beach, and a dune landscape with nature and bird protection areas that invite you to take long walks, gradually merge into a vast area with a truly Dutch character. From here, thanks to the central location between the towns of Bergen, Den Helder, and Schagen, many activities can be started. The historic towns on the Ijsselmeer as well as Alkmaar (cheese market), Haarlem, and Amsterdam are all within easy reach. From Den Helder (22 km), you can conveniently explore the island of Texel by bike. Cycling tours through the flower fields, meadows, forests, and dune landscapes are also ideal for relaxation. Children can have fun at the playgrounds and sports fields in the park, as well as in the swimming pool, on the mini-golf course, or on the tennis courts. In the house you will find 2 folders containing numerous excursion tips for young and old. You will also find information there about possible restaurant visits and much more.

Our holiday home is located in a privately managed bungalow park. During your stay, you will be looked after by our rental agency (very friendly staff). The park has a subtropical swimming pool with an adjoining sauna. You can inquire about opening hours on site. There are also 4 playgrounds distributed throughout the park as well as a soccer field with goals. For a fee, there is 1 mini-golf course and 2 tennis courts available. You can also order bicycles (for a fee) from our rental agency "GREAT". In the laundromat at the reception, you can wash and dry laundry.
The nearest shopping opportunity (SPAR market) is within walking distance (approx. 500m) from Easter until the end of the autumn holidays. Otherwise, you can reach several supermarkets, e.g. in Callantsoog "Albert Heijn" and in Petten "Spar-Markt", at a distance of 3-6 km. The nearest larger shopping town, Schagen, is about 10 km away.
