The charming, family-friendly holiday home is situated in a dreamlike, uniquely beautiful location above Cala Morisca in an original development between Tossa de Mar and Lloret de Mar. It offers 90m² of living space and a 15m² balcony. The open living area is complemented by a high-quality kitchen with dishwasher, as well as two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. For the somewhat cooler season, a closed East Frisian wood-burning stove is available to you. The house has central heating (for a fee). Our saltwater pool with sea view invites you to relax and offers fun for the children. Sun loungers are available for you. The 15 sqm balcony of the house offers a view of the tranquil bay Cala Morisca. This can be reached on an adventure trail in 15 minutes on foot. It is also known as Smuggler's Bay and is worth a visit. The larger, yet still unspoiled Cala Canyelles can be reached in 2 minutes by car. Here you will find the marina, a beach bar, and the Cala Canyelles restaurant, which invites you to enjoy a typical Spanish cortado or Iberian ham.
The house is on one level and therefore especially suitable for seniors. Walks in our green oasis, with or without a dog, invite you to pure relaxation.
The house is also suitable for a family with parents, children, and grandparents. Bedroom 1 and 2 are located in the main house; with 1 bathroom, bedroom 3 with new shower bathroom in a separate studio, which is located below the apartment and can be booked additionally for an extra charge. It is rented to only one party.
In the immediate vicinity, approx. 2 km, you will find various supermarkets for your daily needs. Also Aldi and Lidl in Lloret de Mar 4km away
The towns of Tossa 5km and Lloret 4km also offer everything young holidaymakers desire, with numerous shopping and entertainment options.
On the beach of Cala Canyelles 1km away, you can enjoy various water sports activities or take a leisurely stroll in the small picturesque marina of the bay. Or enjoy the house fish specialties at the Cala Canyelles restaurant with a view of the paradisiacal Cala Canyelles bathing bay. From here you can then, if you wish, take a boat towards Tossa or Lloret de Mar to enjoy the Costa Brava from the water. For the youngest members of the family, you will find Waterworld, Marineland, a go-kart track, and much more within a 15 km radius. Lloret has a new casino. At the house itself you will spend a quiet and relaxing holiday.
The Costa Brava, with its rugged rocky coast, turquoise blue water, and always friendly Catalans, will delight you. Numerous hiking trails along the rocky coast promise unique impressions.

and belongs to Tossa de Mar.
Unspoilt paths in the middle of a pine forest invite you to go for walks and hikes.
There are designated trails between Tossa de Mar and Lloret de Mar.
The beach of Cala Canyelles is one of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Brava and is about km from the house.
The beautiful natural bay of Cala Morisca is also known as smugglers bay.
You just have to be there.
Lloret de Mar and Tossa de Mar are about 5km away.
The historic old town in the tranquil fishing village of Tossa de Mar invites you to take a stroll
the narrow streets. Climb the castle of Tossa and enjoy a Cortado
the view of the Costa Brava. Lloret de Mar offers with numerous cafes, restaurants and pubs everything the young vacationer's heart desires. In the Cala Banis - a small bay nearby - is a gorgeous, small cafe over the cliffs with a breathtaking view over the sea.
Also, make time for a trip to the mountains and visit the still preserved old town with the bridge of Besalu.
Of course we recommend you visit the Catalan capital Barcelona. Take the train from Blanes, which will take you relaxed along the coast to Barcelona. You arrive at Plaça Catalunia and have landed in the heart of the city. You can drive to Blanes by car.

Wonderful holiday!!!
Wonderful vacation, with a beautiful view of the sea. The landlords Edith and Werner, with dog Jenga, are simply great. Everyone must experience this for themselves. Whoever comes here by car/plane is doing everything right. One can spend a relaxing vacation here. We will gladly come back.

Wonderful family vacation
We were there with two 17-year-old boys. Due to its proximity to Lloret, young people also come here for their enjoyment.
We were able to relax very well. The house and surroundings are maintained with great care by Edith and Werner. You feel at home after a short time.
Edith and Werner are great landlords who give many local tips. We had a really wonderful time with you and will come back. ❤️

Simply beautiful
We spent a fantastic week here. Edith and Werner are the best hosts we've ever had. The surroundings are breathtaking, with a direct view of the sea from the terrace, the great house with everything your heart desires, and the pool. Feeling uncomfortable here is impossible. Thank you Edith, Werner, and Tom Tom for this unforgettable holiday.

A wonderful vacation
We (2 adults and 2 children aged 17 and 19) had a wonderful holiday with the Lauer family. The house was superbly furnished and the hosts were very nice, providing us with a very lovely time. From arrival to departure, we immediately had a very good relationship with the hosts. The hosts live right next door, so we had good contact. They were very helpful with questions and suggestions for holiday activities, providing us with tips and ideas very well. The day of departure came much too quickly, unfortunately, and we will gladly visit this accommodation again. The holiday was just pure relaxation, from German TV to a top-equipped kitchen, a great view of the sea, a large balcony where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning and the ocean view, to a parking space right outside the door, everything was great. There is nothing that needs improvement. The accommodation is recommended 200% and we will gladly come back.

Wunderbarer Urlaub, mit einem Wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer. Die Vermieter Edith und Werner, mit Hund Jenga sind einfach nur Super. Das muss jeder selbst erleben. Wer hier her fährt/ fliegt macht alles richtig. Hier kann man einen erholsamen Urlaub verbringen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren mit 2 17 jährigen Jungs dort. Durch die Nähe zu Lloret kommen auch junge Leute zu ihrem Vergnügen.
Wir konnten uns ganz toll erholen. Haus und drumherum wird von Edith und Werner mit viel liebe gepflegt. Man fühlt sich schon nach kurzer Zeit zu Hause.
Edith und Werner sind ganz tolle Vermieter die einem viele lokale Tipps geben. Wir hatten wirklich eine wunderbare Zeit bei Euch und kommen wieder. ❤

Wir haben eine tolle Woche hier verbracht. Edith und Werner sind die besten Gastgeber die wir je hatten. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft, der direkte Blick auf's Meer von der Terrasse, das tolle Haus mit allem was das Herz begehrt, der Pool.
Sich hier nicht wohl zu fühlen ist unmöglich. Danke Edith, Werner und Tom Tom für diesen unvergesslichen Urlaub.

Wir ( 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder 17 und 19 ) hatten einen Wunderschönen Urlaub bei Fam. Lauer.
Das Haus war Super eingerichtet und die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und haben uns eine sehr schöne Zeit bereitet.
Von Anreise bis Abreise sofort ein sehr gutes Verhältnis zu den Gastgebern gehabt.
Die Gastgeber wohnen direkt nebenan und so hatte man einen guten Kontakt. Bei Fragen und Anregungen zur Urlaubsgestaltung waren sie sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns mit Tipps und Ideen sehr gut unterstützt.
Der Tag der Abreise kam leider viel zu schnell und wir werden diese Unterkunft sehr gerne wieder besuchen.
Der Urlaub war einfach nur entspannend, von Deutschem TV über eine Top ausgestattete Küche einem klasse Ausblick aufs Meer einem großen Balkon auf dem man Morgens schön Frühstücken und die Aussicht aufs Meer genießen kann bis hin zu einem Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür war alles Klasse.
Es gibt nichts was man verbessern müsste. Die Unterkunft ist zu 200 % zu empfehlen und wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Nach einer anstrengenden Anreise haben uns (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) Edith und Werner im Casa Meerblick begrüßt und wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt ... wir wurden mit einer solchen Herzlichkeit empfangen, das war sehr schön. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, es ist alles da, was das Herz begehrt... Und, dann dieser Blick vom Balkon, einfach toll und sehr entspannend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Wanderwege, wunderschöne Badebuchten und, wenn man möchte, auch "Nachtleben" in Lloret de Mar sind in der Nähe und gut und schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Für uns war es einer der schönsten und entspanntesten Urlaube,gerade weil wir uns in diesem Ferienhaus so wohl gefühlt haben. Wir waren sehr traurig bei der Abfahrt und wären gerne noch geblieben ... ABER, wir werden sicher wiederkommen! Liebe Edith, lieber Werner, vielen Dank für einen so wunderschönen Urlaub in eurem Casa Meerblick.

Wir haben in dieser Ferienwohnung zwei sehr erholsame Wochen verbracht. Die Einrichtung ist in einem sehr ordentlichen Zustand, es ist ausreichend von allem vorhanden, was man braucht, um sich gut zu fühlen. Das Beste ist aber der traumhafte Blick von der Loggia auf das Mittelmeer. Man braucht schon gute Argumente, um sich hier weg bewegen zu wollen. Der Pool war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Edith und Werner, die Vermieter, begrüßen einen warmherzig. Sie stehen mit Auskünften gern bereit. Sind fürsorglich, aber nicht aufdringlich. Wir hatten diesen Urlaub bitter nötig und brauchten nichts als Ruhe, die haben wir hier gefunden.

Wir waren Anfang Juli da,uns hat es sehr gefallen. Erstes worden wir Herzlich und nett begrüßt,und haben sogar gleich am Anfang unserer Reise einen guten Tipp bekommen. Jetzt zum Haus,für uns drei war dir Größe und Ausstattung super. Am besten hat uns gefallen der schöne Blick runter zum Meer von der großen Terrasse und natürlich der eigene Pool nicht zu vergessen der immer eine gute Abkühlung geboten hat. Würden wir noch mal nach Spanien und die Umgebung anreisen denn würden wir wieder hier sein. Edith und Werner waren immer da wenn wir was wollten und haben uns immer schöne gute Tips gesagt und man könnte sich wunderbar auch so Unterhalten. Also vielen lieben dank für den schönen Urlaub
