Description
The beautiful chalet (built in 2009) can accommodate 4 (+2) persons.
On approximately 140 square meters of living space, the house offers two 2-bed bedrooms, one of them in the tower (2 extra beds and a smaller 3rd bed possible) with views over the town of Cala Llombards, both bedrooms each with their own toilet or Bathroom, a large living room with dining area, a living room with sleeping for 2 people and a high quality bathroom.
The whole house has mosquito protection.
The kitchen is very well equipped with a ceramic hob, a fridge / freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, various kitchen utensils and a washing machine.
The living area is equipped with a comfortable sofa and a LED flat screen TV with satellite channels. In addition, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
For air conditioning of the house you have three air conditioners, two fans and a fireplace.
The well-kept and beautiful Mediterranean planted outdoor area extends to approximately 360 square meters and offers around the house a variety of comfortable seating and sunbathing.
There is a covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue and sink, two outdoor showers and a pool.

The house is located about 5 minutes walk from the picturesque bay of Cala Llombards.
Surroundings:
From the house you can reach in a few steps two small supermarkets (April-October) for everyday purchases, one is open all year, and a local bar.
The bus stop is about 150m away. The buses run every hour to Palma / only from May to October.
The beautiful town of Santanyi can be reached in about 10 minutes by car or by bus.
In Santanyi on Wednesdays and Saturdays there is a large weekly market, as well as various restaurants and bars.
The individual shops and galleries of several artists give the place a special charm.
Freetime activities:
At 100m you have a playground with soccer field and basketball hoops.
There are many, rarely used by cars bike and Inlinerstrecken on the best trails, across the fincas.
A diving school (Cala Santanyi), various rock climbing walls on the way to Cala Figuerra, boat trips, hiking trails along the wild and romantic rocky coast and day trips
around the island.

The villa is ideal for relaxing, hiking along the wildly romantic rocky coast to the nearby beautiful bays or cycling through the plain of Campos with the many beautiful Finkas. The typical Mallorcan places such as Ses Salinas and probably the most famous fishing village of the island of Cala Figuera or the artistic town of Santayi with a great market, special shops and studios invite you to stroll and individual shopping.

A very beautiful holiday home
The holiday home of the Kappe family is very well equipped and offers all conceivable comfort. A very nice vacation can be spent on 3 terraces around the house, also by the pool. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1 WC, it is suitable for 4 adults and 2 children (see also extra beds/sleep sofa). The Kappe family is always reachable if there are problems. A contact person is also available on-site. The house is located in a quiet residential area. Nearby, there is a pub, a hotel where you can eat, and a small supermarket, which we found to be positive. A small cove with a beach is reachable on foot in about 15 minutes, but it was too crowded for us. We can only recommend a vacation in the holiday home of the Kappe family.

Beautiful house in a great location
We felt very comfortable in Casa Caperuza. The furnishings are very good; everything necessary is available. The pool is a good size for swimming and also for playing with the kids. The beautiful beach is within walking distance, and the kiosk is just 2 minutes away. The location is perfect for excursions; you can reach great destinations within an hour. Mr. Kappe and the house manager are always reachable.

Great house in a good location
We spent two weeks with three children (two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the passage room) in Casa Caperuza. Even beforehand, communication with the landlord was totally uncomplicated (WhatsApp and email). And even during the vacation, all questions from the landlord or the local support were answered quickly via WhatsApp. The house is super equipped - everything worked perfectly. The condition actually corresponds to the photos. The pool was cleaned twice a week (which we only noticed because it was clean, as we were always out and about at that time). In the very nearby small supermarket, there is everything one needs for everyday life. In the mornings, there are fresh rolls (if you get there early enough). The house is only 500 meters from the beautiful bay. Here too, it is advisable not to set off too late, as the beauty of the bay has become well-known by now. In short: we had a great vacation in a very beautiful house.

Beautiful holiday home in the middle of Cala Llombards
A beautiful holiday home located in the middle of Cala Llombards (1 minute walk to the supermarket and about 10 minutes to the bay of the same name).
The holiday home (Casa Caperuza) is super equipped! We lacked nothing! The outdoor area with its beautiful pool, the two outdoor showers, its five different seating and lounging options, and the great outdoor kitchen truly leaves nothing to be desired! Only the two couches in the TV corner could be replaced (but we only used them twice). So this should only be a minor point of criticism.
All in all, we had wonderful and unforgettable 14 days in the Casa Caperuza in the heart of Cala Llombards!

It was nice.
We really enjoyed it. The location and surroundings of the house are well chosen. For people who prefer urban settings, maybe less so. Without a rental car, the buses took us to Soller, Palma (2 nights), and Cala Rajada, among others. A bit challenging, but doable and at a low cost compared to renting a car. Not to mention the environment and searching for parking. Only once did we miss the last bus from Santanyi to Cala Llombards and had to take a taxi. Every morning, I swam down in the beautiful bay and checked the sunrise.
