Villa Vita is a unique holiday home, a small romantic air-conditioned wooden house, with a bedroom and a huge large garden with a pool, comfortable outside sofa, barbecue area with a dining table and a hammock.
It is located on the east coast of Istria, near the town of Labin, only 4 km from the nearest beach.
The house is set among the trees in a fenced plot of 3000 sqm which offers complete privacy. The house has a bedroom, a living room with a comfortable sofa (which can be used as a bed), a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Your holiday in Villa Vita will be the source of good energy and romantic memories.

Location and surroundings of object
The entire property is surrounded by forests and meadows. The area is very quiet and peaceful. By car in a few minutes you can easily reach Labin. In Labin there are three supermarkets, two gas stations, many restaurants, a wonderful old town and a magnificent view of the Kvarner bay. The eastern coast of Istria is known for being the most brilliant lake in the Adriatic. You can choose among the numerous beaches, and we recommend Rabac and the long pebble beach.

- You can cancel at any time without occurring additional costs and the following cancellation policy applies: 100% of the down payment is refunded if the previously booked period is sold for the same price. If the previously booked period is not sold for the same price, the down payment is not refunded. In the case you are unable to travel due to border closures, the owners will be contacted to see whether the reservation is possible to be postponed to a different period in 2021 or 2022. The down payment used for this reservation would be used in the new reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your holidays.
