Description
The flat is located on the ground floor of a detached, quiet and relatively new house, in the urbanisation Serra Brava, on a secluded, not visible 800 sqm plot.
You live in a tastefully and practically furnished holiday flat. You live alone, the second flat in the house is not rented.
Your accommodation has a living room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with shower.
Outside you will find: swimming pool (8x4m), outdoor shower, terraces, garden, barbecue, parasol and sunbeds. Additional sun protection is provided by the more than thirty year old pine tree, which is fully integrated into the terrace.
A car is absolutely necessary for your holiday. Parking space is available directly in front of the house.

Super for relaxing
A beautiful cozy small clean apartment with a lovely outdoor area and a magnificent pool in a quiet location above Lloret. Warm hosts where you feel welcome from the very beginning. A very good place to unwind and relax.

We were able to relax so well, beautiful quiet environment. Fantastic view of the pine forests and the sea...simply enjoy the vastness. The hosts are such lovely and accommodating people, we felt very comfortable and understood each other well during barbecue evenings or a chat. Everything is very clean and well-kept, apartment, pool, garden, etc. We have definitely found our new holiday home and look forward to next year when we are back. We can only recommend it.

Very relaxing time and super hosts
Our vacation in Catalonia (airport - Barcelona) started without........ suitcases!! We called the Nadiu family and informed them about our delay. With our rental car, we arrived at Carrer de les Suredes 11 around 6 pm. The welcome and care were very touching for us. We received "replacement pajamas", slippers, etc., and even medication (Martin's were in the suitcase) for the next day. Then we went with Mr. Nadiu to Lloret de Mar for the most necessary purchases.
The next afternoon, to our great joy, our suitcases were delivered to us, and then ...... the vacation started properly. The house is in a very beautiful and quiet location with views of the Pyrenees, the sea, and pine trees. Breakfast on the terrace under the pine tree. Simply wonderful. The apartment has everything needed to feel comfortable.
For flexibility in time, a car is certainly advantageous. But a bus connection or a bus stop is just around the corner. From here, we were able to undertake many sightseeing or hiking tours along the coast.
The landlords are very friendly and helpful hosts. The whole process from booking to receiving upon arrival, as well as upon departure, was very uncomplicated and pleasant.
Although the Nadiu family was also there during our vacation, they were not "noticeable" and yet quickly there when we needed help or had questions. The shared New Year's Eve, the shared interesting conversations, avocado dip, picking pepper or strawberries from the strawberry tree, joint sightseeing tours, and so on, will remain in our memory for a long time, and once again a very big THANK YOU to the Nadiu family.
The holiday apartment is highly recommended, and we will gladly make use of this offer again.

Beautiful holidays on the Costa Brava
The house in a beautiful quiet location with views of the sea, hills, pines, simply fantastic. We were able to experience beautiful sunrises from the terrace.
The apartment offers everything you need for cooking, living, etc. to feel completely comfortable.
The landlords are very friendly hosts, the whole process of booking, arrival, as well as check-out was very uncomplicated and pleasant.
The holiday apartment is highly recommended and we will gladly make use of this offer again.

The family could relax very well here, it is very quiet and the location is beautiful, especially in the morning you can see the mountains and the beautiful sky right away. If you are not into frills, you can relax here very well. Even the city is not far by car. Everything is within reach. We will definitely come back.

If you are looking for peace and nature, this is the place for you!
Very well-kept holiday flat in a quiet location with a beautiful view. In the morning you can enjoy the most beautiful sunrises from the terrace
The kitchenette is functionally furnished and has everything you need
The absolute highlight is the spacious pool, which is available for exclusive use.
A car is absolutely necessary to get to the beach. You can also explore many sights in the surrounding area
For us it was the perfect relaxing holiday. We felt very comfortable, will definitely come back and can gladly recommend the house.
