NON-SMOKING APARTMENT Apartment "FRÖHLICH" no pets
Your area is separately accessible. Via the stairs you reach the friendly designed attic flat. The living area has a cosy sitting area with sofa and 2 cocktail chairs and a dining area for 4 people. TV, DVD+ CD player, radio. The kitchenette is equipped with cooker and ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, egg & water boiler, refrigerator and extractor bonnet. Two bedrooms are carpeted and equipped with a double bed or two daybeds, bedside cabinets, wardrobe and chest of drawers. A children's sleeping chair (additional) is available.
There is plenty of space in the shower room with toilet. Endrinigung, bed linen, towels (no beach towels) incl. children's high chair and cot can be provided.
A small front garden, a paved parking space in front of the entrance, a beautiful large garden with outdoor playground equipment, a TRAMPOLIN, a garden house in which you will find a table, chairs, cushions, a parasol, relaxation loungers, a barbecue, a handcart (on request) and games belong to the holiday flat. Please ask for a mobile table tennis table. We have a second holiday flat on the ground floor of the house. They have a common entrance. Both flats can also be rented together for group holidays.

The apartment is located in the home of a large rural plot in the middle of the fields and Poeler Strandnä holiday development The apartment is located outside next Feriensiedlung! It is an idyllic spot to the nearest beach natural beaches and beautiful sandy beaches alternate. Our beautiful island is about 36qkm large, so ü can hike cycle is good, walking, horse riding. Wismar (World Heritage Site) is away on the mainland.

Absolutely recommendable
We rented the attic flat as a family with 2 children ( 9 and 7 years old). The flat was very clean, bed linen and towels were provided. There were enough pots, pans, dishes and other cooking utensils in the cupboards. Everything appeared to be in good condition and worked perfectly. Nothing is worse than having to cook with scratched and rancid pans?
The children had a lot of fun in the garden and the peace and quiet was wonderful
We enjoyed cycling the few kilometres to the beach. The traffic on the roads there is minimal.
Mrs Fröhlich as the landlady is a very kind soul!
We will also enjoy spending our holidays there in 2021!

Hello, my name is Marianne Fröhlich née Wohlgemuth, hence the name for the apartments. I have lived on this beautiful, idyllic island for almost 50 years and grew up in this house. The name says it all. Together with my husband, both pensioners, we live in one half of the house. The other half of the house is furnished for our guests. Our children have long been independent. Mona, the lovely Labrador dog, and two outdoor cats, Luzi and Peterle, live with us on the homestead.
