Description
The house has about 78 square meters (einger. For 5 persons) plus storage room and garden shed. There is an approximately 300 m² garden, with a south facing, sheltered terrace, available. It is in an ideal, quiet regions to the North Sea and is about 400 meters from the beach. The distance to the shopping center is approximately 1800 m.
It has three bedrooms with 5 beds (in two bedrooms is located in each case another TV), a cot, a shower and two separate toilets. Once inside, there are three stereos living room has a fireplace, leather sofa, LED TV (satellite channels), DVD player with selection of DVDs, various. Games and highchair.
The kitchen is fully furnished (z. B. dishwasher, microwave with grill u. Hot air, kettle, toaster, coffee and Senseo machine, hand mixer, egg cooker, etc.).
The house has Internet access.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in a holiday park directly on the dunes of the beautiful North Sea coast with a 30 km long, very fine sandy beach, which both build the castle and invites to long walks on the beach. Enjoy the great views of the North Sea from the beach pavilion, which is open year-round.
In the park there is, among other things, a large, beautifully landscaped children's playground with a large lake. An animal pasture, mini golf course, trampolines and tennis courts are also available. In the restaurant "Plazza" there are daily fresh bread rolls. Even a very good bowling alley can be rented in front of the park if you are interested.
In the vicinity there are numerous restaurants, a subtropical swimming pool, a golf course and numerous cycling and hiking trails.
Den Helder: approx. 5 km from Juliandorp, with its shopping arcades in a modern city offers everything your heart desires. Here is located next to the fishing and naval port and the ferry to the island of Texel (day trip, especially the Seehundaufzuchtsstation '' Ecomare ''). Also worth a visit is the '' Käthe Kruse Doll Museum '', the Naval Museum with an original submarine and the former Napoleonic Ford '' Kijkduin '' (including sea aquarium) in Huisduin.
Schagen: is about 10 km south. There is every Thursday '' market day '' with its diverse offerings. At the 10 '' West Frisian market days '' in the summer, costume parades with carriages and music take place. In Schagen is also the farmer museum '' Vreeburg '' with the old blacksmith. Alkmaar: with its famous cheese market, every Friday in the season, is a must for every visitor to North Holland. Small canal and longer boat trips to Amsterdam, start here.

Very well-equipped house, great comfort factor
During this one week, we felt very comfortable. The house is very well equipped. Upon our arrival, the house was very clean and appealing. Nothing is worn out, mattresses, sofas, kitchen, etc. are in good condition. The Wi-Fi speed with a download of over 30 Mbit is above average. The way to the beach is not at all difficult because all paths, including those through the dunes, are paved. The contact with the landlady was very warm and accommodating. We would book this house again without any restrictions.
