For the best time of the year, our bungalow in House Park Strandslag Julianadorp in the upper corner of Holland (see map) at. Approximately 5km north is the town of Den Helder. There the ferries depart from the island of Texel.

Approximately 7 km from Den Helder Departure Julianadorp Noord Our detached cottage type starfish is on a 350 sqm plot within the holiday park Strandslag Julianadorp. The massive house offers a living space of about 68 m² space for up to 5 people. It is comfortably furnished and has a combined living room with open glazed fireplace, satellite TV and hi-fi system and a kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker etc. All for a kitchen essential tools and jars are available.
The house has 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with twin beds and a small with a single bed), a shower room with toilet and an additional separate toilet.
For children there is a potty, a step stool, a safety grid for the bed and a high chair.
The rooms are heated by a thermostatically controlled gas central heating. This guarantees in connection with the double glazed windows and a cozy use in the fall and winter months.
All tilting windows of the house are fitted with fly screens and alarm. A small safe is located in one of three bedrooms.
Near the house there is a hut where you can store your bikes. The therein garden furniture and barbecue are available.
Of course there is the house a parking space for your car.
Since we ourselves are Non smoking, we understandably want to rent to Non smoking. The park is located right on the dunes. The sandy, wide, 40 km long beach is about 400 m. The distance to the center of Julianadorp with its shopping is, inter alia, about 2 Park facilities include outdoor tennis courts, mini-golf, trampolines, a large water playground, ball fields and a restaurant-cafe.
In the immediate vicinity are several restaurants and snack bars, Horseback subtropical swimming pool and a bowling alley.
On the beach offer beach pavilions, the possibility for your creature comforts to surrounding region Noord-Holland offers not only beautiful, clean beaches, ideal for swimming and sunbathing invite (lt water quality. ADAC test "very good"). This stretch of beach has also recorded the most hours of sunshine a year. You can also find unique natural areas such as the conservation reserve "Het Zwanenwater" with the largest spoonbill colony in Europe.
The cities in the "Kop van Noord-Holland", as the area is also called by the locals hold something for everyone. Den Helder offers the hustle and bustle of a lively port city also has a variety of interesting museums. The Marine Museum gives as an insight into the
History of the Dutch maritime and gives you a tour of the submarine "Tonijn" and the mine sweeper "Abraham Crijnessen"
or visit the Napoleonic Fort "Kijkduin" with the saltwater aquarium and the Walausstellung. Schagen, with its West Frisian market days and the many quaint restaurants around the church square is well worth a visit as Alkmaar with its famous cheese market and its old town.

The holiday park Strandslag in Julianadorp (North Holland) is about 5 km south of Den Helder and Texel. The house is located about 400 meters behind the white sandy beach and the beautiful dunes, only separated by one street. Experience a great holiday. The park: Adventure playground with a small lake, bowling, mini golf, bike / wagon-leasing, small restaurant, tennis courts, trampoline etc .. The surrounding area is drawn from: Rad / hiking trails, a subtropical swimming paradise, 9-hole golf course and many shopping.
Washer and dryer are available in the laundry of the park for a small fee.

Julianadorp is located south of Den Helder and the middle of the Koegraspolder. The Koegraspolder 1824 drained. By 1909, the settlement was called "Loopuyt", named after the first owner. In year of birth of Princess Juliana of the grandson of Pieter Loopyut expressed the wish to name this settlement "Julianadorp". This wish was granted him by the royal family. Previously, it was mainly ranchers who operated on the Koegraspolder their farms. Since the fifties, the livestock was increasingly in the bulb-growing. More and more onion farmers came from the southern Netherlands to Julianadorp. Now you can see here only a little beast, but large fields with daffodils, tulips, hyacinths and lilies, which are formed to Julianadorp fantastic color palettes. Due to the location of the village, just behind the dunes, Julianadorp is with the holiday guests very favorite! The range of camping, bungalow parks and apartment complexes has increased significantly in recent years, so that the tourist can choose from many options. Well rested
We spent a few relaxed days in Julianadorp in this lovely holiday home, which is comfortably furnished and equipped with everything you need. The highlight is the new bathroom and the cleanliness, which is not always a given. The contact with the landlady was uncomplicated and very warm.

Holidays in a really great vacation home
Here it is immediately apparent that the owners have put a lot of heart into the design of the holiday home. It is modern and newly furnished and offers many comforts. We were able to enjoy our week vacation in October and would gladly come back.
The landlady is very nice and cooperative at all times.

Beautiful!
Very nice bungalow in a beautiful holiday park, very close to the beach! Many kitchen utensils and toys. Very nice contact with the landlords, answers always came quickly. If we find ourselves in this area again, we will be very happy to book again ?.

Great accommodation
We spent a wonderful holiday week in the vacation home of the Schnutz family. We didn't miss anything in the house itself. Everything that is needed was available. Furthermore, the house was really very clean.

Holland Love
We had a great vacation in the beautiful holiday home, which is also recommended because of its proximity to the beach. The house is ideally located for trips in the Julianadorp area, Alkmaar, Texel Island, and Den Helder can be reached quickly. Everything is fine, already recommended to all friends?
From the first contact with the landlady everything went perfectly. We had not noticed the opening hours of the reception ? - Mrs. S. also gave us great support here. The key to the house was deposited in a safe. The house has everything we needed. It is lovingly furnished. A very modern bathroom and a "guest WC". We could read everything important in the house folder. A beautiful terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and also 2 bicycles and much more. The holiday park is very nicely laid out and the beautiful beach is only a few minutes' walk away. The area offers many possibilities for hiking, relaxing and excursions.

Erholsame Ferien

Schönes und liebe ausgestattetes Haus
Das Haus ist schön ausgestattet, es fehlt auch nichts Küchenutensilien o.ä.
Das Haus ist sauber und schön eingerichtete. Fahrräder ect alles vorhanden. Man kann euch zu 100% auf die Beschreibung verlassen.
Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist auch sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.
Das einzige persönliche Manko -für mich- ist das der Garten nicht vollständig umzeunt ist und die Hunde direkt auf den kleinen Parkplatz oder in den Park laufen könnten.
Die Lage ist wunderbar, kurzer Weg durch die Dühnen ans Meer, auch Lidl ect sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Wir würden wieder kommen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, gelegen mitten einer Parkanlage. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ferienwohnung sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und gemütlich. Der Park ist sauber und gepflegt, einfach zum wohlfühlen. Viele Aktivitäten in der Nähe und Umgebungen vorhanden.

Ein schöner erholsamer urlaub ;)
Von Anfang bis Ende ein gelungener Urlaub. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.Viel Spielzeug für die kids ;) Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen, nah zu strand und spielplatz,sehr gut eingerichtet, bequeme matratzen... alles top. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!! ;)

Herzliche Unterkunft
Meine Familie und ich haben in der Unterkunft unseren Osterurlaub verbracht.
Die Buchung und Kommunikation mit der Gastgeber Familie war unkompliziert und Fragen wurden innerhalb kurzer Zeit beantwortet.
Das Haus hat eine super Lage. Zu Fuß sind es weniger als 10 Minuten zum Strand. Am Strand sowie in der Unterkunft war mein Hund willkommen.
Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und die Einrichtung gut ausgestattet.
Ich kann das Ferienhaus weiter empfehlen für Familien mit Kind und/oder Hund.

Wunderbar

Super zum Abschalten!
Wir haben das Ferienhaus für ein verlängertes Wochenende als Paar Anfang Oktober genutzt und waren begeistert. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht – auch, wenn mal schlechtes Wetter sein sollte. Es gibt Spiele, Bücher, DVDs, … Für gutes Wetter Grill, Strandspiele etc. und jede Menge Prospekte für Unternehmungen in der Region. Es ist wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.
Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es ist dank Heizung auch bei Herbstwetter schön warm im Haus. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, was man auch in der Ausstattung merkt.
Ob mit oder ohne Hund: Das Haus ist nur zu empfehlen!

Ideal für eine Auszeit
Wir waren mit 4 Personen über ein langes Wochenende in dem Haus. Was wir - aus anderen Erfahrungen - mitgenommen hatten hätten wir ruhig zuhause lassen können. Es gibt wirklich nichts zu bemängeln: sogar Brettspiele für evtl. schlechtes Wetter. Küche und die gesamte Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Essgeschirr ist auch in größerer Anzahl vorhanden. Es muss also nicht nach jeder Mahlzeit die Spülmaschine laufen. Sogar ein Safe befindet sich in der Wohnung. Das zweite (separate) WC war natürlich Gold wert. Sämtliche Ausstattung (auch die 2 Fahrräder) waren auf dem neuesten Stand und technisch ok. Die Abwicklung (Schlüsselübergabe/-Rückgabe, Kautionszahlung etc) verlief reibungslos und die Korrespondenz war freundlich.

Ein schönes Ferienhaus in einer schönen Anlage.
Dieses Ferienhaus liegt in einer schönen Sackgasse,Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Im Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet,man kommt rein in fühlt sich gleich an gekommen. Auch eine tolle Anlage mit dem See in der Mitte. Man kann man als Hundebesitzer wunder schön spazieren gehen. Was soll ich noch schreiben einfach Traumhaft. Mfg. Einfach super schön
Wir( 2 Erw. 1. Kind und 1. Hund) haben 1. Woche im August in dem super sauberen und kofortablen Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, ankommen und wie zuhause fühlen. Auch sonst ist alles da von Spielen über Bücher und DVD für schlechtes Wetter.Eine Woche war viel zu kurz.Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen auch unser Hund war begeistert vom tollen Strand, wo man wenn man etwas abseits vom Strandaufgang läuft den Hund frei laufen lassen kann. Ein Hundeparadies. Sehr netter Tel. Kontakt zu den Vermietern.

Ferientraum
Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus ist leider allzu voreilig viel zu kurz gebucht gewesen. Vielleicht dürfen wir ja wieder einmal hier Gast sein in diesem erstklassig ausgestatteten, geschmackvoll eingerichteten und gepflegten, sehr sauberen Ferienhaus.

Super Lage und auch sonst ...
... haben wir keinen Grund zu Beschwerden. Im Gegenteil, das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage im Park ist toll (nicht direkt an einem der "Hauptverkehrswege") und auch die Entfernung zum Strand ist ideal. Da kann man auch ruhig mal etwas vergessen haben, in wenigen Minuten ist man am Haus und anschl. wieder zurück am Meer.
Wir können das Objekt (inkl. dem netten Kontakt zu Vermietern) uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen :-)

Wir haben im August 2015 einen wunderschönen Familienurlaub in einem perfekt und liebevoll ausgestattetem Haus verbracht. Egal was man hätte vergessen können, es IST in diesem Haus vorhanden. Sehr, sehr nette Vermieter runden das durchweg positive Bild noch ab.

Mai und Oktober - Kurzurlaub.
Wir verbringen dieses Jahr zum wiederholten Mal unseren Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus und es gefällt uns sehr gut. Ideal ausgestattet egal ob Senioren oder junge Familien mit Kleinkindern.Wir fühlten uns gleich wohl und wir kommen gerne wieder! Es kann nicht besser sein!

Besser spät als nie....
Wir haben leider nur ein paar Tage in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht, es war nur schön. Unsere Huskyoma ist aufgeblüht,und wir mit ihr. :-)
Wir freuen uns auf die nächsten Urlaubstage am gleichen Ort.

free time activities: Strand, Museen (Den Helder usw.), Historischer Hafen Hoorn, Medenblick...Alkmaar Käsemarkt... Die Zeit war viel zu kurz um alles auszuschöpfen.

toller Urlaub
ein wunderschönes mit viel liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes Haus. Wir haben nichts vermisst - wir waren sogar eher überrascht (positiv natürlich) was alles dort war :-D Es ist fast wie zu Hause!! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
