Description
The holiday flat is located on the upper floor of our holiday home with a total of 4 flats. For your comfortable and relaxing holiday, there is a living room, a fully equipped fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a balcony with seating furniture. The kitchen is functionally equipped with a toaster, coffee machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, ceramic hob and dishwasher. Due to the large window front in the living room, this room is always flooded with light and invites you to relax. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room for your restful sleep. On cooler days, the partial underfloor heating in the living room provides a pleasant warmth. Of course, we are also happy to provide you with a cot and high chair. You can easily reach the fine sandy beach on foot after about 600 metres. All daily necessities are available in the town centre (distance approx. 300 m).

Our flat offers you an optimal starting point for island tours or simply to get to the kilometre-long sandy beach. Whether you arrive by car or train, you can reach us within a few minutes after passing the entrance to Zinnowitz. Shopping facilities, restaurants and bicycle rental are within walking distance (300 m). Due to the predominant self-use of the neighbouring properties by the owners, our estate is extremely quiet and well-kept. Zinnowitz celebrated its 700th birthday in 2009. Thanks to its inhabitants and guests, our village has developed into one of the most popular and beautiful seaside resorts on Usedom. Along the beautiful wide promenade you will find buildings in the style of classic seaside resort architecture, which were built at the beginning of the 20th century.
Thanks to its pronounced diversity, it offers attractions for everyone. Whether you are a bathing enthusiast, a sailor, a surfer, a hiker, a cyclist or simply a nature lover, all these preferences and interests are satisfied in Zinnowitz.
You can enjoy a special view from the 60-metre-high Streckelsberg on a clear day to the island of Rügen, the chalk cliffs and the island of Oie, whose lighthouse can be seen from afar
But Zinnowitz is not only popular with holidaymakers and those seeking relaxation because of its mild, stimulating climate. National and international top athletes also appreciate our place, as it offers excellent conditions for optimal competition preparation with its training centre.

| As part of the flat rate, we provide you with an initial supply of consumables such as toilet paper, waste bags, filter bags, bath mats, tea towel and dishwasher tabs. All prices quoted here are exclusive of visitor's tax. This is levied by the municipality of Zinnowitz for persons over 17 years of age. It amounts to 2,50 EUR or 1,50 EUR / day. Dogs are charged 0.50 EUR per day all year round. If you do not wish to bring your own bed linen and towels, we will gladly provide you with a linen package (bed linen, as well as 1 hand towel and 1 shower towel) for only EUR 15.00 per person. We offer WLAN internet access free of charge. |

2. at home?
As always, everything is perfect. We have now been here for the 3rd year and will of course gladly come back next year. Very warm welcome and our Elke is the good soul of the accommodation?

Great apartment, central and quiet
Ideal for 2 people, with a sofa bed it could also accommodate 4 people, but it would be tighter. Logical. But everything is there for the 4 people as well. Everything is in perfect order, clean and well-maintained. Nice contact with the landlord. Highly recommended!
