Lovingly and cozily furnished two-story vacation home on the Mecklenburg Baltic Sea coast. "Karo" is located in the immediate vicinity of our second holiday home "Rieke". Our vacation home is suitable for a family vacation with grandparents or for two friendly families. From the bedroom upstairs, the living room, and the property, you have a sea view. House "Karo" is comfortable, furnished primarily with real wood furniture. A discreet decoration, partly maritime-inspired, partly custom-made, and many candles in the house and garden underline the homely character of our house.

- Shower room with washing machine
- Living room with adjoining kitchen and dining area. From the living room, you enter the terrace, which has a storage room for bicycles and other brought items. Layout of the upper floor:

- "Children's room" with extendable bed (each 200x90), second TV, board games, children's books, Lego bricks
- Shower room
- Infrared sauna with 2 loungers or 4 seats. Unlike the steam sauna, the heat sources are installed under the benches and in the back area, directly warming the body. The infrared heat is soothing and relaxing for back problems. The comfort equipment of "Karo" includes:
- Eco-friendly electric fireplace in the living room
- Infrared sauna
- Insect screens in front of the windows and terrace door
- Free WLAN
- Well-kept garden, private terrace, covered grill/dining area
- 3 free parking spaces
- Towels, bed linen, additional costs are included
- Our holiday home is equipped with a CEE socket 5x16a 230V. With a high-power charging cable, also known as a CEE charging cable, you can charge any electric car or plug-in hybrid vehicle with high-power electricity (often referred to as construction power, three-phase current, or industrial power). Special children's equipment:
- Children's travel cot, high chair, baby bathtub, 1x children's dinnerware
- Games, Lego bricks, children's books
- Private playground with slide, sandbox, and soccer field
- Handcart, scooter
A note for dog owners:
The property of House "Karo" is not fenced, as the outdoor play equipment is available to the children of guests from both holiday homes. Therefore, please supervise dogs outdoors or better yet, keep them on a leash.

Location and surroundings of object
"Karo" is located in a holiday home settlement with rented and privately used holiday homes. It is just a short 1500 m to the natural beach swimming spot at Salzhaff, which can easily be reached via a foot/bike path. A well-maintained snack bar is open for guests in the summer.
In the neighboring village of Stove (2 km), you can visit the Dutch windmill and the associated mill museum. Highlights include the freshly baked mill bread and the delicious cake. Boiensdorf is a quiet village far from the noise of the big city. Nevertheless, it is not far to Wismar, Schwerin, and Rostock. Popular excursion destinations include the island of Poel and the Baltic Sea resort of Rerik, where beautiful sandy beaches await you. Small children love a ride on the steam-powered narrow-gauge railway Molli from Bad Doberan to Kühlungsborn. Additionally, the swimming pool "Wonnemar" in Wismar offers sauna and bathing fun for the whole family on rainy days or in the cooler season. In Wismar, the indoor playground "Mumpitz" is also popular with families with children.

Cancellation terms:
Withdrawals from the contract or changes to the contract require written form. The cancellation fees are 20% of the rental price (deposit) up to before the start of the journey, 50% of the rental price from 44 days to before the start of the journey, and 80% of the rental price from before the start of the journey. If the stay is terminated early, the tenant remains obligated to pay the full rental price.

Family vacation 2020
Dear Steinke family, for the 7th time this year we are in Boiensdorf. The house Karo impressed us just as much as the house Rieke. The spacious rooms and the amenities were wonderful. Especially the two floors with separate bedrooms and bathrooms were very optimal for six people. We enjoy sitting on the terrace and looking out at the salt lagoon, as we do every year. The kids loved the lake view you have from the bedroom.
Everything is available in the house Karo and yet you feel a little bit at home. After our day trips to Rerik, Wismar, Poel Island, and Stove, we were grateful that the house provided a retreat for everyone and that everyone felt comfortable. Short evening walks to the viewpoint and the associated sunset were essential. Thank you for your hospitality. Best regards, Matthes family.

Holiday with dog
The house Karo is beautiful and very comfortably furnished. There were four of us with our dog and we enjoyed our stay very much. Boiensdorf is very centrally located and we made many excursions from here. In good weather by bike and in bad weather by car. Rostock, Wismar and Kühlungsborn can be reached quickly from Boiensdorf and so there was something for everyone. There are also plenty of beaches for swimming and relaxing. We would like to thank
