"Casa Lavanda" the comfortable semi-detached house with tasteful furnishing and very good equipment, suitable for a quiet family holiday in an absolutely peaceful location.
The registered holiday home has on 2 levels: 2 double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and air conditioning, 2 bathrooms with large showers, washbasin + WC, a living-dining room with air conditioning, a complete kitchen, a covered terrace with a second dining area and a large roof terrace.
There is also a private garden with sunbeds and barbecue.

Together with our other holiday homes, the house is also well suited for families who would like to spend their holidays in separate holiday homes but still together.

Just 3 km from the sandy beach Estrenc and km from Sa Rapita is this comfortable spacious pool area for only 7 houses with 50sqm pool house, 100 square meters pool, 400 sqm sun terraces and wireless connection will make your holiday perfect . Sa Rapita is a quiet resort with low buildings and no hotels. At the end of the town is the marina, there begins the beach Sa Rapita-Es Trenc. He is one of the most beautiful beaches of Mallorca. It connects with the settlement Sa Rapita Ses Covetes and then proceeds to Colonia de Sant Yordi. The extensive sandy beach with dunes behind landscape is under protection. There are small supermarkets, a pharmacy, a bank branch. There is good shopping in Campos (10 Km).
