The semi-detached house consists of 2 bedrooms, a small gallery with 2 single sofa beds, 2 bathrooms, one ensuite, a cosy living-dining room with corner sofa and large dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, a covered terrace and a roof terrace.

There is a private garden with barbecue and sun loungers.

Facilities: air conditioning, heating, free Internet access via W-Lan, SAT-TV, dishwasher, safe, washing machine, high quality reverse osmosis system for filtered drinking water in mineral water quality, microwave, Delonghi automatic coffee machine, Senseo espresso machine, toaster, electric mixer, egg boiler, large fridge-freezer, garden barbecue, sun loungers, bed linen, towels, tea towels.

The lovingly furnished holiday home is located in a quiet settlement about 1.5 kilometres outside the village of Sa Rapita.

The holiday home belongs to a small group of 7 houses which together use a spacious private pool area on a separate plot directly next to it.

There is a pool with approx. 14 x 8 m, a pool house with 50 sqm and about 400 sqm of sun terraces with the pool area there is free internet access via W-Lan for our guests.

The sandy beach Sa Rapita-Es Trenc is only 3 kilometres away.

The golf course Son Antem is 15 minutes away by car. Palma de Mallorca Airport is 20 minutes away by car.
This comfortable holiday home is only 3 km from the beautiful sandy beach of Estrenc and 1.5 km from Sa Rapita.
The spacious pool area for only 7 houses with 50 sqm pool house, 100 sqm pool, 400 sqm sun terraces and W-Lan connection make your holiday perfect.
Sa Rapita is a quiet resort with low buildings and no hotels.
There are small supermarkets, a pharmacy and a bank branch. At the end of the village is the marina, where the sandy beach begins.
Very good shopping facilities in Campos with large supermarkets, specialist shops and a weekly market.

In the seasonal rent (with an occupancy with 2-4 persons) all additional expenses, like energy prices and taxes are included.

The local tourism tax / tourist tax are not included in the price. It amounts per adult and day 2, € (from the 9th night 1 euro) children up to 15 years are exempt from this tax. (Status )

For a 5th and 6th person we charge a rental surcharge per day of 20 euros + 20 euros for laundry

Cancellation terms:

- With travel resignation more than 3 months before the beginning of the travel: 10% of the total price. - With resignation within 3 months until 4 weeks before travel beginning: 30% of the total amount. - With resignation from 4 weeks to 14 days before travel beginning: 50% of the total amount. - By resignation, starting from 14 days before travel beginning the total amount
