The lovingly and high-quality furnished holiday flat Dünennest with separate bedroom, fully equipped modern fitted kitchen, a spacious bathroom as well as an attractive living area is located only about 100 metres from the beautiful beach of Zinnowitz near the pier. Due to the central location, you can reach many restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities in just a few steps besides the beach and promenade. The holiday flat offers you a wonderful starting point for all activities in Zinnowitz and the surrounding area. At the same time, the holiday flat also attracts those seeking peace and quiet. The view from the windows and balcony is into the greenery. The spacious south-facing balcony with a dining table, 3 adjustable aluminium chairs and a footstool invites you to enjoy a hearty breakfast, a glass of wine at sunset or a pleasant sunbath.
The attic flat (2nd floor) "Dünennest" offers you a lot of maritime cosiness where you can really unwind after a day at the beach or a long walk and is perfectly suitable for 2 people as well as families with max. one child.

The high-quality fitted kitchen, newly built in 2018, is equipped with all comforts as well as Siemens brand appliances (4-burner ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, WMF kettle, WMF coffee machine, WMF toaster, citrus press). Sufficient crockery, WMF pots and pans as well as extensive accessories are at your disposal. The dining table with 2 comfortable adjustable bar chairs fits perfectly between the living and kitchen areas. If required, a high chair for children can be booked before arrival. The spacious bathroom has a toilet, washbasin and shower. A hairdryer is at your disposal. The small cosy bedroom is equipped with a new comfortable bed and mattresses (180 x 200 cm), from which you can look through the skylight into the starry sky in the evening. In the sliding wardrobe you can comfortably store all your things. The LED light with colour-changing option creates a special atmosphere. If you are travelling with a small child, a cot can be booked as an option. An older child can sleep on the couch in the living room. The living room is equipped with an LCD TV with SAT connection, a stereo system, a small library, a game collection and a spacious couch. On cooler days, an electric fireplace quickly provides warmth and atmosphere. In the hallway you will find generous storage space for your shoes, bags, jackets and co.
WLAN access is available free of charge. A free parking space is reserved for your car in the hotel's underground car park. There are also lockable storage facilities for your high-quality bicycles. Laundry package and other services can be booked separately before arrival.
Pets are not allowed. Please note that this is a non-smoking flat.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 56 days before the arrival date.
If this contractual firm booking is canceled, cancellation fees will be charged. Please consider taking out travel cancellation insurance if necessary. Cancellations require an informal written statement. i. They can be made free of charge up to 8 weeks before arrival. ii. From 8 to 4 weeks before arrival, cancellations are charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the rental price, but at least €30.00. iii. From 4 to 2 weeks before arrival, cancellations are charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental price. iv. From 2 to 1 week before arrival, cancellations are charged a cancellation fee of 75% of the rental price. v. From 6 days before arrival, cancellations are charged a cancellation fee of 90% of the rental price. In the case of a new booking following a cancellation or after the expiry of an option, room-4-u GmbH charges a processing fee of €10. room-4-u will waive or reduce the cancellation fees down to a flat rate of €30.00, as far as it is possible for room-4-u to generate equivalent income by re-renting for the canceled period. A booking that has already been rescheduled cannot be canceled for free anymore.
