Bei einer Neubuchung nach einer erfolgten Stornierung oder dem Ablauf einer Option berechnet die room-4-u GmbH einer Bearbeitungsgebühr von 10Euro room-4-u wird die Stornogebühren bis auf eine Pauschale von 30,00 € erlassen oder reduzieren, so weit es room-4-u gelingt, entsprechende Einkünfte durch Neuvermietung für den stornierten Zeitraum zu erzielen. Eine bereits verschobene Buchung kann nicht mehr kostenfrei storniert werden.

Nicht weiter zu empfehlen
Laut Vertrag sollten die Kurkarten zugeschickt werden. (nicht geschehen / mussten selber beschafft werden)
Die Nummer für den Schlüsselkasten sollten 2 Tage vor Antritt der Reise telefonisch mitgeteilt werden. (wurde uns nur auf eigene Anfrage mitgeteilt) Und die Kaution habe ich erst auf Anfrage nach 5 Wochen zurück erhalten.
Von der verdreckten Couch und der Unsauberkeit möchte ich nicht berichten.
Die Wohnung können wir nicht weiter empfehlen.
