My holiday flat is comfortably and tastefully furnished.
It corresponds to the equipment level of 4 stars according to the classification of the DTV.
It is a maisonette flat, in the style of a terraced end house.
On the ground floor there is the large living-dining room, the kitchen, the hallway with wardrobes and the guest toilet.
Of course, the flat has a separate entrance from the outside and a terrace on the sunny side with garden furniture and a barbecue fireplace.
On the upper floor are the two bedrooms and the daylight bathroom with bathtub.
In the living room there is a new corner couch set, which can be folded out to form a double bed. The large electric fireplace provides the appropriate atmosphere in the late evening hours or in winter.
There is enough room for many people at the large dining table with the additional bench seat, especially if two couples share the flat.
A large flat-screen TV with satellite TV, a DVD player, a hi-fi system with CD and cassette player are available, as are board games, a DVD collection and a not insignificant selection of literature.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, espresso machine (Tassimo), microwave, electric grill and, of course, a wide range of accessories as well as more than sufficient crockery and cutlery.
The hallway has a heated wardrobe with shoe storage, suitcase compartment, mini safe and further cupboard space in case the extra bed on the ground floor should also be used.
From this hallway in the entrance area you reach the guest toilet.
The daylight bathroom on the upper floor is equipped with a bathtub, towel radiator, hairdryer and make-up mirror. The bedrooms have double beds or two single beds, which can be pushed together if necessary.
The flat is only available to non-smokers.

Dreamlike
We stayed in June with friends in the beautiful holiday flat, which was furnished with great attention to detail. The proximity to the Baltic Sea and the large forest area invited us to many a hike
We spent the evening barbecuing on the cosy terrace.
An all-round successful holiday, which we will gladly repeat.

Dream vacation
We were 4 people (2 children) in the duplex apartment. The first impression was already very nice. The apartment lacks nothing. The furnishings are modern and cozy, and thanks to the many books and DVDs, it wasn't boring even when it rained. The terrace invited us to barbecue, and the Baltic Sea beach and coastal forest to long walks. The children could go to the playground and petting area and were very sad when the time was over. We will definitely come back.

Dear guests, i am Jörg Sommerfeld and a few years ago, by chance, I got to know the beautiful spot in Dranske Bakenberg on the island of Rügen, not far from Cape Arkona. I now offer my private holiday flats there, which vary in size. I have renovated them all myself and turned them into comfortable holiday accommodation. All the flats are on the ground floor, have their own entrances from the outside and terraces with garden furniture and barbecue fireplaces.
