Welcome to our holiday home "SonnenKind".
The house has been furnished with a lot of love so that you feel just as comfortable as we do.
The living area is approx. 75 sqm and is divided as follows:
There are two bedrooms. In the master bedroom there is a large double bed with two single mattresses,
these can be covered with either "normal" or one large bedsheet (thanks to a center wedge that prevents a gap between the mattresses!). Furthermore, a second television is available here.
The second bedroom has two single beds, with the rear bed also able to be extended into a double bed.
All beds have bedspreads and two sizes of pillows available.
From a small gallery, you reach the living area.
There you will find a comfortable seating area, a fireplace, a television, an internet radio, as well as a spacious dining area (including a high chair for children). For the children, there are also games, books, and drawing materials as well as a DVD player available here.
A fully equipped kitchen with plenty of dishes and cutlery, various coffee machines (filter, Senseo, and Nespresso) are available to choose from. Furthermore, the kitchen has a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, an oven, a ceramic hob, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, as well as children's dishes and cutlery for the "little" guests. A small selection of spices, herbs, and oils is also available for daily use.
The newly and brightly designed bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a large shower cabin with rainshower, and a hairdryer.
Next door there is a separate toilet.
The house has a garden of approximately 300 sqm. Garden furniture including a grill is also available to enjoy time outside. At the entrance of the park, a washing machine as well as a dryer are available for a fee!

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home "SonnenKind" is situated directly by the sea, behind the dunes of the North Holland North Sea in the holiday park Strandslag, Julianadorp aan Zee, about 6 km south of Den Helder.
The park offers a wide range of leisure facilities, including bicycle and wartcar rental, several tennis courts, a trampoline and mini-golf course, a well-designed water playground, an animal enclosure, a bowling alley and restaurants.
In Julianadorp you will find several supermarkets, a swimming pool with sauna, an 18-hole golf course and several restaurants.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 30 days before the arrival date.
In the event of a cancellation 30 days before arrival, you will receive a 100% refund, and if the cancellation occurs up to 14 days before arrival, you will receive 50% of the booking amount back. Unfortunately, no refund is possible otherwise. Should travel not be possible due to CORONA as per the government of Germany (BRD), the rental property can be canceled FREE of charge.

On Fridays (from May to September) the cheese market in Alkmaar is worth a visit!
