The house "CAN RONIA" is situated in a private villa complex -Santa Maria de Llorell- on a secluded plot with its own swimming pool.
The distance to the private beach is approx. 1400 m. Floor space 110sqm, fantastic sea view, direct pool exit from the terrace. Pool 4 x 8m with outdoor shower hot/cold.

Dining area with large Mexican solid wooden table and 6 rattan chairs. 3 bedrooms with fly screens.
2 bathrooms with WC and shower. The house is situated in a cul-de-sac
and is very quiet. Marvellous sea view.

Beautiful vacation in Can Ronia
We had a wonderful vacation in Santa Maria de Llorell. The accommodation is as described. It was clean and well-equipped. The pool fully met our expectations, especially those of the children (10 + 15). If one enjoys cooking on vacation, one or two larger bowls and a larger baking dish would make things easier. If you are a grill fan, which we also did, the equipment is perfect. In the wardrobes of the rooms, we would have liked to have one or two more shelves. There is a chest of drawers in the wardrobe that we managed with. The bathrooms were clean and the showers were very good (water pressure and temperature). On the large terrace, there is also a large sun umbrella for shading. Unfortunately, it cannot be moved due to its very stable concrete base. We moved to the poolside in the afternoon. We once had a problem with the drain in a bathroom. After I contacted the landlord by email, the problem was solved within 4 hours. Overall, the landlord gave us the impression that the well-being and satisfaction of his guests are very important to him. Upon our departure, we noticed that two shelves in the refrigerator door were torn. After contacting the owner, the refrigerator was replaced with a new one within a day. In short: we occupied the house with 4 adults and two children. The description of the house is absolutely accurate. Overall, the house is very spacious, so one can also spend time indoors. We were very satisfied. The points mentioned above should be understood as information and not as deficiencies in a negative sense. Again, many greetings to our nice landlords.

Simply 5 stars
We have already been guests of the Rasmussen family twice. And the third time is currently being planned. The house is in a great location between Loreet de Mar and Tossa de Mar.
The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. And the most important thing, everything is very clean. Our two dogs always feel at home. The private beach is only a few minutes away by car. We had our SUP board with us and a lot of fun on the sea. If you have any questions, the landlords are always available and very friendly. So we can absolutely recommend this house.

Super house with great view
We stayed 10 days in this great, big house with super pool. The view from the terrace is beautiful. There was almost too much space for the two of us with the dog, but we really appreciated it. We liked it very much. The kitchen is well equipped and it has everything you need. It is very quiet and relaxing. The whole process was absolutely hassle free and very well organised. We will definitely be back.

Wunderschönes Haus
We really enjoyed our stay at Can Ronia. We found everything we needed for a successful vacation in the lovingly furnished house: a spacious living room with TV and WLAN, thematically decorated bedrooms, a kitchen equipped with everything needed for meal preparation, 2 bathrooms, one of which is particularly accessible for disabled guests. The covered terrace offers a fantastic view of the sea, a grill, a wonderful pool, and absolute tranquility! The supermarket at the entrance of the complex has a large selection, so it is not absolutely necessary to drive to Tossa or Llorett for shopping.
The friendly landlords provided us with plenty of information material for our stay in advance.
We are already looking forward to the next time!
