Bokordici is a small village in the southern part of the Istrian peninsula. It is peaceful and very quiet. Here you will find all amenities, shops, restaurants, banks, gas stations, tennis court, golf, within a few minutes. Brioni islands are very close. A natural park, historically the most luxury islands in the Adriatic. Beautiful unspoilt nature a 20 minute boat ride away.
A nearby medieval town Svetvincenat is located in the center of Istria. Small town filled with good people. Many good restaurants, beautiful nature, small, charming shops. It is really peaceful and so close to all other places in Istria. Provides roads to all major places, such as:
Rovinj - the romantic old town with many festivals, concerts, restaurants,
Street artists, night clubs and, above all, beautiful beaches.
Porec - the largest tourist town in Croatia organizes entertainment throughout the summer, large open concerts and sporting events.

Perfekter Urlaub
We spent 2 weeks vacation in Villa Fosca. For the arrival, the landlord contacted us and informed us that the key is deposited in the key safe. The next day, the landlords welcomed us, we sorted out the documents and payment. Everything went smoothly. The villa is located in a small village, away from the tourist hustle and bustle, yet everything is easily accessible by car. Everything is available in the beautiful villa, the outdoor area is very well maintained. The pool is very nice, it is regularly maintained and taken care of by the landlord. The landlords welcomed us very friendly and took care of us, we always had a contact person and felt very comfortable.

Very nice holiday home, super friendly hosts!
The holiday home has a very large property, ideal for our four-legged friend. It is beautifully and harmoniously decorated both inside and out. The large pool is the highlight of the property. We were very nicely received by the hosts, they were always concerned about our satisfaction. The holiday home is in a rural and quiet location. All in all, a very relaxing and beautiful holiday. Highly recommended, happy to return!
