Casa Apricot is located in the quiet village of Bokordići in the green heart of Istria and is the perfect holiday home for couples, families, or small groups seeking privacy and relaxation near the coast and picturesque Istrian towns.

This charming property with a private pool accommodates up to 4 guests and consists of a main house and a separate annex, which provides additional privacy if needed. Both units have two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The beautifully landscaped garden features a private pool (8 × 4 m), surrounded by sun loungers and Mediterranean vegetation. A covered outdoor dining area with a barbecue invites you to enjoy balmy summer evenings. Guests also have access to a private parking space. This beautiful holiday home is equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all areas. A washing machine is also available to guests.

Casa Apricot is only a short drive from the historic town of Svetvinčenat and about 30 minutes from Rovinj, Pula, and Fažana. It is an ideal starting point to explore Istria, enjoy local wines and dishes, or simply relax by the pool away from the hustle and bustle.

Casa Apricot is a pet-friendly villa. A maximum of two pets is allowed. The pet fee of €10 per animal and day is not included in the final price and must be paid on site upon arrival.
