The large house has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and an additional toilet. Each room and bedroom is air conditioned. The large living room is on the ground floor, with the fully equipped kitchen. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Parking is on the property for more than 8 cars.
Around the pool there are sun loungers, gazebo, playground for children with trampoline, swing and slide. The garden is large, spacious and fully fenced, ideal for families with children and pets. The house is located a few steps from the pool area.

Foli is a small village in the southern part of the Istrian peninsula. It is peaceful and very quiet

A nearby medieval town Svetvincenat is located in the center of Istria. Small town full of good people. Many good restaurants, beautiful nature, small charming shops. The small town of Zminj is also nearby. The cities of Pula, Rovinj and Bale are about 20 to 35 minutes away by car.
