Welcome to Haus Nordlicht . Situated between the Baltic Sea and the Gothensee, our cosy holiday home with its 115 sqm has everything a holiday-minded soul could wish for. 3 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms, each equipped with insect screens, a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining area and living area leave room for 6 people. A baby cot is available for our younger guests. After a walk on the beach or an eventful day in the Kaiserbad Heringsdorf, relax in the sauna and enjoy the evening by the fireplace with a glass of wine in the cosy leather seating area. On summer days, the terrace with teak furniture invites you to breakfast. The 533 sqm property offers adults free space and children a safe place to play. We have furnished our house with love and also thought of allergy sufferers. Please understand that it is therefore not possible to bring pets. A selection of books, DVDs, games, travel guides and maps of the region are available in the house

| The prices include VAT at the statutory rate. All costs for electricity, water, heating, use of washing machine, tumble dryer, sauna, internet as well as 1 x towels / bed linen per person are included in the price ! There are no additional costs There is no deposit to pay with us. The visitor's tax is 2,70 € per night pr0 person in the high season with full payment, 1,60 € with reduction, 2,10 €/1,30 € in the low season. Children up to the age of 10 are exempt. The spa cards entitle you to free use of the UBB bus lines on Usedom. |

Holidays at any time of year: in spring, the rape blossom gives us bright colours, the sea shimmers in different shades in any weather. Whether sunbathing on the white sandy beach or walking warmly dressed during a storm, the Baltic Sea is worth a trip at any time of year. In autumn, the bright colours of the autumn leaves dominate the landscape. Large parts of the island of Usedom are designated as a nature park. Freshly caught fish arrives directly from the fishermen to the restaurants every season. Enjoy the hearty Mecklenburg cuisine. A freshly tapped beer or a hot grog after a clear winter's day in the fresh sea air - what could be better?
The island of Usedom offers ideal opportunities for a holiday without a car. Bicycle tours, hikes or an excursion with the Bäderbahn offer an opportunity to explore the area. Excursions to Europe's largest butterfly farm in Trassenheide or to the historic town of Peenemünde with its historical technical information centre are recommended. The Polish peninsula of Wolin is easily accessible via a free ferry. The steep coast there invites you to go hiking and look for fossils. With a bit of luck, an amber or a fossilised sea urchin will become your holiday souvenir. Excursions by passenger ship to the islands of Ruden, Greifswalder Oi or Rügen are offered daily. The Heringsdorf pier is considered the most beautiful of the Usedom seaside resorts. Lake Gothensee, which is a nature reserve, is a paradise for birds. White-tailed eagles regularly come here to forage for food.
The island of Usedom also has a lot to offer culturally. For example, the Usedom Music Festival takes place every year with various concerts. The international fashion world meets every year for the Heringsdorf Fashion Week 'Heringsdorf goes fashion'. The Ostseetherme in neighbouring Ahlbeck offers variety for the whole family. The Balmer See Golf Park in Neppermin offers an 18-hole championship course. There is also a 6-hole short course and driving range as well as a golf school.

A dream under the thatched roof
The holiday home Nordlicht fully met all our expectations. The pictures on the internet provide a great insight, but on-site you notice that this dream house is furnished with a personal touch. Here you can relax in a cozy atmosphere. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate this week, but the surroundings offer plenty of opportunities to compensate for this through excursions. A fireplace in the house quickly creates a warm atmosphere when the temperatures outside are a bit colder. Thank you, Kaiser family, for a great week in your vacation home.

Holiday at the House North Light
A beautiful holiday in a lovely holiday home, which left nothing to be desired except for a few small things (bedding too warm for summer). We would love to come back.

Holiday Home Northern Lights - Relaxing Vacation - Comfort like at Home . . .
This house has everything you could wish for a great vacation...superbly furnished - inside and out. The landlord and management promptly take care of any questions or concerns. Just fantastic...unpack the car, move in, and simply enjoy your vacation. Recommended for children of all ages (our 3 girls: 2 months, 6 years, and 13 years).

Vicinity of the holiday home: neues Haus in sehr schön gepflegter Siedlung, etwas Abseits vom Strand aber sehr empfehlenswert, sehr komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts
free time activities: Beschränkung leider nur auf´s Strandleben, da Freizeitaktivitäten durch 2 monatiges Baby begrenzt; aber ... Fahrrad empfehlenswert, da langer Radweg bis nach Polen. Wer gut zu Fuß ist, schafft das auch ohne Rad :-)
