Description

The holiday home is located in a complex with approx. 100 bungalows on a m² large, beautifully overgrown green area. As no cars are allowed and dogs must be kept on a leash, you and your children will enjoy a peaceful holiday.

Our holiday home in solid construction was completely renovated in 2012 and very modernly equipped

In the large living room you will find a comfortable sofa with a view of the fireplace and the TV, a large dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, etc.), a high chair is available if required.
Directly adjacent to the living room is the terrace with garden chairs, parasol and barbecue.

The small master bedroom has a fixed double bed (1.60 /2.00 m) and a wardrobe. The bed can only be accessed from the foot end.
The children's room has a double bunk bed (2x 0.90m) and a wardrobe

The small bathroom also has a modern washstand, WC, shower and underfloor heating.

Arrival is also possible without a car !
(Several times a day "MeinFernbus" drives from the ZOB Berlin or from Dresden directly to Warnemünde. From there, take line 37 to the holiday home complex.)

The newly renovated (2012) holiday home "Stolteraa" is located only 200 m from the Baltic Sea and borders directly on the wild and romantic coastal forest, in a quiet location near the tranquil holiday resort of Diedrichshagen (supermarket, restaurant, cafe, riding stables, golf course, bicycle rental) and approx. 2.5 km from the well-known Baltic resort of Warnemünde.

You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

Very nice holiday home!

We stayed with 2 adults and 1 child in this small and cosy holiday home. The communication before arrival was great. The holiday home has everything you need. We didn't lack anything
Great location on the beach and towards Warnemünde.
We can only recommend it and will gladly come again.
