The holiday flat is located in a spacious apartment building in a beautiful secluded location and is accessible together with another holiday flat via its own staircase
The generously proportioned and completely enclosed, secluded property with old trees and a huge garden with old fruit trees is located on the outskirts of Ueckermünde, surrounded by green fields, floodplain landscape and borders on a small forest with wild animals (deer).
The large lawn for sunbathing and playing gives children and adults plenty of space. Whether sunbathing, playing ball (own volleyball field); barbecue and/or evenings at the campfire, everything is possible
Bring your bikes or rent some on site. By bike you can reach
- the fitness centre in 5 minutes
- in 6 minutes your discounter (Aldi, Edeka, DM only 1,8 km)
- in 10 minutes the town harbour (jetty to Usedom)
- in 15 minutes the centre with further shopping facilities, discounter (Lidl ), cafés, restaurants, cinema,
- in 15 minutes the beautiful sandy beach with restaurant, miniature golf course etc. or one of the small bathing bays in the surrounding area
This holiday flat combines the proximity to all destinations in and around Ueckermünde, as well as the relaxed living in the middle of nature,

Cancellation terms:
Termination due to the Corona pandemic and force majeure: The rental agreement may be terminated by either party if the fulfillment of the contract is significantly impeded, endangered, or impaired due to force majeure not foreseeable at the time of contract conclusion. This applies especially in the case of pandemic-related legal restrictions on travel in the guest's home country or bans on accommodation at the host's location. Both contracting parties are released from their contractual obligations but must reimburse the other party for any services already provided. Termination in other cases: In other cases where the tenant withdraws from the contract, the tenant must compensate the landlord for expenses already incurred and lost profits as follows: Termination up to the 45th day before the start of the rental period: 20% (but at least 25 EURO) Termination up to the 35th day before the start of the rental period: 50% Thereafter and in case of no-show: 80% The tenant is explicitly advised to take out travel cancellation insurance.

Go fishing, directly on the banks of the Uecker or another of the countless fishing spots in the region.
Go paddling or rowing, boat hire is within walking distance from the town harbour. Are you here with friends? Then why not take a raft trip on the Uecker, barbecue included.
Taking a boat to Usedom or Swinemünde? Then set off from the town harbour. Take your bike with you and explore Usedom by bike. Be sure to bring your inline skates. Usedom has a beach promenade (tens of) kilometres long.
Or take advantage of a day trip to Szczecin/Poland (approx. 70 km by car) for a shopping spree in large shopping centres or
or at the "Polish market" to buy something cheap.

Wonderful relaxation in a truly beautiful area.
After three weeks of stay, I drove home completely satisfied and well rested. The apartment is located in a very quiet and beautiful environment. However, you can quickly reach the town or the beach. The apartment's facilities leave nothing to be desired. The landlord is very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful apartment, with a small flaw!
The apartment is very modernly furnished, the furniture is new - you feel comfortable. However, the mattresses in the master bedroom were extremely hard. Even my husband mentioned this, which is unusual for him! In the bathroom, the tiles were unfortunately not really clean. One evening, we played beach tennis in the garden. Afterwards, we were completely bitten by mosquitoes and therefore did not use the garden anymore - of course, the landlord is not responsible for this! It was very nice that the windows of the apartment were completely equipped with mosquito screens, so that we didn't have any mosquitoes inside the apartment.
A small folder with some local events would have been helpful (the nearest doctor, pharmacy - we unfortunately needed medication for our daughter). But even in the age of smartphones, this is not a problem. But also tips for a good restaurant, the nearest supermarket, or excursion possibilities would have been helpful. Maybe a good point as a service for the next holiday guests - we left a few flyers on the living room table that might be a foundation . . .

Always happy to return - highly recommended
A modern, very well-equipped vacation home. With very nice landlords. Large garden, in a quiet location. Still, a 15-minute bike ride to the beach or the city, 10 minutes into nature. Everything you need to relax.
