We spent our vacation for the second time in this very beautiful holiday home. We particularly liked the many small decorations and the very tasteful furnishings from the very beginning. Beautiful My little Zanzibar

We were looking for a quiet and cozy house in the countryside in December before the Christmas hustle and found this gem of a house. Tastefully and lovingly furnished, it offers something for every taste. The kids loved the loft bed and played a lot in their imaginative room. One didn't have the feeling of being in a sterile holiday home, but rather visiting friends. We're coming back in July!

Great and child-friendly house

Toll, child-friendly and super location! In this house, you miss nothing, but have a little luxury oasis for yourself. We would love to have this kitchen at home too! The dishwasher mounted at eye level is perfect when you cook and bake a lot. We were particularly taken with the kitchen island. We often sat comfortably with a glass of wine and prepared meals together here. Very charming and cozy!

When we came through the door, it was immediately clear to us... We found a gem. The house is very bright, modern, and lovingly furnished. There is plenty of space, and everything is cozy. With a dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, microwave, stove... and there is also plenty of dishes and cutlery available. Moreover, the cozy seating areas around the house are absolutely top-notch!

We spontaneously looked for a beautiful thatched house on Usedom and found one in the fishing village. The choice then fell on the small Sansibar. The pictures made us want more and we found the name so original. The house was spotlessly clean and has a beautiful garden. The pictures do not promise too much - very tasteful furniture in beautiful and friendly colours.

Holiday in the fishing village

Very beautiful house, lovingly furnished, cosy evenings by the fireplace, good location in the countryside and right on the Szczecin Lagoon. Extremely beautiful and comfortable holiday home. We made many trips by bike but also enjoyed the proximity to Poland. Very good shopping facilities and restaurants at a fair price. The beach in Swinemünde is the most beautiful for us.

Simply relaxing

We have been to Zirchow several times and appreciate the nature and charm of the small village. Excursions are easily possible in all directions from here. The Fisherman's House Sansibar is located near the lagoon, and we enjoyed sitting here in the evenings with a glass of wine, taking in the view of the water. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering. The furnishings of the house are modern and of high quality, cozy.

A really nice, very thoughtfully furnished house. The children immediately went off to their room, and we had to draw lots to see who could sleep in the great bunk bed. A large garden and small terraces around the house with a hammock and good furniture. Special praise for the great sofa in the living room.

Calm and yet close to the city.

We do not really like to vacation in crowded baths, but we do appreciate the conveniences of bars and restaurants nearby. The small Zanzibar was a good choice. Elegantly and practically furnished with a complete and modern kitchen (kitchen island), sauna, fireplace, and also 2 bicycles, everything was really there. We enjoyed the time very much.

Again and again, we are drawn to Usedom.

In the meantime, we can be called regular guests of Usedom, as we have already been there 12 times. This time, we visited the small Sansibar for the first time and were really annoyed – namely, that we only discovered this beautiful house now. The location by the Szczecin Lagoon is great. Beautifully furnished, which is enjoyable. The house was thoughtfully decorated, so we lacked nothing – except for more vacation days to relax. We will just spend those again here next year.

Our daughter was allowed to choose where to go in Usedom this time. So far, we have often stayed in the imperial baths and were pleasantly surprised by this treasure of a house in the fishing village. All the rooms are beautifully and vibrantly furnished. We had a wonderful holiday in the fishing village of Zirchow and would have liked to stay longer. The great house is lovingly furnished and fully lived up to the description. From here we took beautiful walks along the lagoon. A hike to the fishing village of Kamminke is highly recommended. There you can linger by the water and eat the best fish. We would love to come back.

The holiday home is highly recommended. It lacks nothing; the furnishings offer everything needed for daily use. It is absolutely lovingly furnished, and the loft bed is a real highlight for children. We had a great vacation week there, also thanks to the weather. However, we always drove to the beach, as it would have been too far for our daughter (6 years) by bike. We can really recommend the holiday home, the landlord is absolutely great and very nice. A super beautiful vacation on the sun island! The small Zanzibar is located in a nice fishing village only 8 km from Ahlbeck. Here you have your peace and yet you're quickly in the hustle and bustle of the seaside resort when you feel like it. Great furnishings and very clean and well-kept.

Cosy fisherman's house, very modern and romantically furnished. You feel like you are in an old captain's house, newly built, very very cosy, bright and comfortable. You have to have a car to get to the nearest supermarkets and the proximity to Poland is especially recommended.
