Holiday home 130m² for max. 11 persons (9 adults + 2 children), only 300m to the beach centre of Scharbeutz and quietly located at the end of a cul-de-sac, 4 bedrooms (4 double beds 180x200 + 1 single bed 90x200 + 2 children's travel beds), 2 shower bathrooms + 1 guest WC, 2 terraces, 900m² well-grown property, WLAN, 2 parking spaces, children's travel bed, children's high chair, swing in the garden, covered bicycle storage.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living area, a modern fitted kitchen with adjoining dining area and a cosy TV corner. Two bedrooms, one with direct terrace access and a modern shower room, as well as a guest toilet are also located on this level. Washing machine and WLAN are available.
On the upper floor there are 2 more bedrooms and a modern shower room. There are several flat screen TVs in the house.
The sunny, overgrown and fenced 900 sqm garden plot faces southwest and is not visible from the street. On the partly covered terrace, garden furniture and barbecue are of course available. The holiday home is located at the end of a dead-end street in Scharbeutz and is only 300m away from the beach centre.

A beautiful house in a great location!
We had a very nice and relaxing week. The house is beautifully furnished and very well equipped. We lacked for nothing! We had a very nice time.

Very beautiful, spacious holiday home
We were an extended family with 6 adults and 2 children in the holiday home.
The house is very tastefully and lovingly furnished down to the last detail, so that you immediately feel comfortable. The bedrooms are nice and spacious, just like the living room, where there is also enough seating for everyone. There are hooks/coat racks everywhere, also in the bathrooms, in sufficient numbers. The kitchen is very well equipped. The house was very clean upon arrival. The garden is beautifully grown.
The location of the house is great: it is quiet, but at the same time you can reach the beach and the center of Scharbeutz on foot in a few minutes.
We felt VERY comfortable and will definitely be back - Thank you.

A very nice, relaxing holiday with the family
We are very satisfied with the accommodation, above all we liked the tasteful furnishings, it was all very cosy, the only thing that was missing in our opinion was a radio.
We were able to use the great garden often, for sunbathing and playing volleyball

Baltic Sea Holiday Home Scharbeutz
The holiday home is bright, friendly and clean.
There is everything you need to feel at home.
The hosts gave us a friendly welcome and provided us with important information.
Super location, not far from the beach. Sufficient space for 6 adults and 2 small children. Ideal for playing in the garden
The repair work on the blinds was fixed immediately. As well as the replacement of a defective hairdryer.
The landlords are always helpful and accommodating.
Many thanks again for this dear family Meetz.
It was a very nice holiday and we will be happy to come back.
