Vacation perfect, couldn't be better

To begin with, the booking was already perfect. I've never had such good communication with a landlord before. We were welcomed and everything was explained to us. All the sights and details were sent to us via WhatsApp, which we almost all took advantage of. Unfortunately, we had rain for a week and couldn't do everything, but the service is more than 1++ (excellent). We felt right at home. Simply perfect. Keep it up.

Feel-good flat

The residential complex and the flat are in an extremely well-maintained condition. The flat has everything you need to be self-sufficient. We found high-quality electrical appliances and kitchen cabinets, coffee machine works with whole beans. The beds were wonderfully soft, the bedding meticulously clean. There was 1 large towel for each guest for 6 days of holiday. A bit too little for my needs. Great that there is a washing machine, clothes horse and clothes pegs. The house itself is not acoustically noisy. There is a contact person before and during the holiday. He tries to pass on lots of information and pictures. If you have questions, you are not left alone. During the holiday period, we were asked unobtrusively if everything was still in order. We occupied the flat with 2 adults. We had enough space to feel comfortable. All in all: a feel-good flat in a well-kept environment near the beach

Completely satisfied with our Baltic Sea beach vacation.

The apartment was great: Fully equipped - from washing machine to child seat to induction stove with all utensils. Just a 300 m walk through the forest to the beach, which is kilometers long and clean.
Our children were thrilled with the swimming pools, open from 8-22 o'clock - as well as a sauna and a whirlpool. Our teenager worked out in the fitness room (7-23 o'clock).
Since the breakfast was so good, we booked it every day.

Great facility - Great vacation

Very nice apartment, very clean and modern! We felt very comfortable. The whole building is constantly kept clean by busy bees. That makes a good impression. The fitness room is superbly equipped. The pool area is great for small children, always very clean and constantly supervised by a lifeguard. Especially when you're out with several children, it's a relief. Quite perfect is also the sauna adjacent to the pool. So parents can also take a break every now and then. The hiking possibilities nearby are very diverse. Right in front of the building, there is a bike rental, including bikes, seats, and trailers for children. Great! A restaurant is located downstairs in the building. Security is present 24/7. The location to the beach is, of course, perfect. It's truly beautiful there to simply relax. Not to forget the friendliness of the staff during check-in and check-out. We will visit Kolberg again very soon.

There is only POSITIVE. We felt comfortable right away. Very nice reception, everything was explained and shown. The accommodation super modern, in the house swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, fitness can only be recommended. Also, the restaurant has very nice staff and the food is very delicious. Also during our stay, the landlord provided great information about what to do and where to find sights, etc. Everything is easily accessible even without a car. It was really everything as described and shown in the photos. So far, the best accommodation ever, and we have been to many accommodations and countries.
We lacked nothing. Very clean!
The apartment is located in the quieter part of the beach.
In the same building, there is a swimming pool with a sauna and a hot tub, which we used almost daily.

The apartment was great! Modern and clean. There were four of us and we had plenty of space. The Polanki Park is definitely recommended for families with children, despite the perfect beach weather, our children used the pool area daily. The landlord is extremely nice and communicated with us before and during our stay. He gave us travel tips and guided us through the complex when we arrived! We will gladly come back :-)

The apartment is located in a very well-maintained complex about 300 meters from the beach. Nearby, there are several shopping options, and in the same building, you have 24-hour access to the pool and sauna. Because balanced nutrition is important to us, we exclusively cooked for ourselves. The kitchen is very well equipped (fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, kettle), everything one needs for living is available. In any case, we had a very nice time there and would love to do it again. A clear recommendation for others.

Beach apartment in Kolobrzeg... gladly again, also in winter!

During the winter holidays in 2019, we stayed in Kołobrzeg. Our family of 5 stayed in this apartment for 6 days. It is very tastefully furnished with all necessary equipment and tools available. The landlord provided us with information from the beginning of the booking, using Whatsapp. This allowed us to plan and orient ourselves in advance. The complex has a very spacious wellness area supervised by a lifeguard. There is also a nice playroom available for the little children. We quickly settled in. In total, we had a bedroom and a living room with kitchen at our disposal. Since our children are young, we managed well with the sleeping arrangements. I would not recommend it for 6 people, but up to 5 are very well accommodated.
