The well-maintained and tastefully furnished apartment has a large living room with balcony facing south, 2 bedrooms, kitchen with dining area, bathroom with bath u. Shower, separate toilet.
All the rooms of the south side great views of the green area along the river Parseta and opposite the marina. The garage is located on the ground floor.
The sprawling sandy beach, marina and spa zone are nearby. Old Town in 15 minutes.

The house is located on a dead end right on Parseta river opposite the marina. After about 5 minutes walk through Kuranlagen / forest leading to the harbor and beach. Bath houses with applications are located in the immediate vicinity as individual shops and restaurants. The 280 km of Berlin remote Kolobrzeg (Kolberg) is the ideal place for a healthy holiday, a spa (spa houses 2-5 min. From the apartment) or just to enjoy a few nice days. It offers a sandy wide beach and a harbor area with promenade and numerous restaurants and shops.
In the old town are also located many restaurants and numerous boutiques. All major food discounters such as Kaufland, Lidl, Netto etc. on site.

A really great vacation apartment
Close to the entire harbor area, lighthouse, promenade, and the city center. Everything is easily accessible on foot and quickly reached. The vacation apartment is very spacious and well-furnished. We would book again anytime and can only recommend the apartment.

Super beautiful, large holiday apartment for self-catering, 10 minutes to the promenade and beach, 10 minutes to Kohlberg in the city, 10 min. to the harbor, shopping opportunities just around the corner, so great location. It was a super beautiful time. ???

It was another relaxing vacation.
My daughter and I have now been to the accommodation for the second time. The holiday apartment is huge and has everything one needs. The contact with the landlord was flawless before and after. We were very satisfied again and were also lucky with the weather. The beach is within walking distance, about 10 minutes with a child, very easy to reach. We personally find the location of the accommodation great. The playground across from us was gladly used by us in the evening. We will come back!

It's great here.
And we have already privately recommended this accommodation. We are sure that our friends will not be disappointed and that we will not have any trouble with them.
It’s a bit of a distance to the beach, but the sidewalks and the streets you cross are so nice; I wish we had them in Berlin, or at least half as good. The drivers, I don't know how to put it, are somehow relaxed and definitely always considerate. This apartment is great, quite tastefully furnished, almost a bit lovingly for vacationers. Obviously, families are also welcome. It is on the second floor, the stairwell and the house itself are very well maintained. The garage is suitable for a normal car or compact vehicle. We both didn't use the bicycles. No desire. Oh, and if there are any fears about Kolberg or Poland in general, I can assure you that you are always safe here! For us Berliners, it's comfortable here, during the day and now, clearly, also at night. By the way, one has a beautiful view of a brightly lit bridge from the rooms in the dark—simply wonderful, and it's very quiet.
In fact, there's just one small critique. The vacuum cleaner is disappointing. (This is also called complaining at a high level)
