We cordially invite you to comfortable flats located only 350 m from the beach in the protected zone of the spa town of Kołobrzeg, far from the hustle and bustle of the city centre in the immediate vicinity of the Seaside Park. The cycle path is part of the Via Baltica route. It is an ideal place for active people who enjoy running, cycling, Nordic walking or simply walking. The complex has an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, lounge, heated pool, 100 m2 fitness area. The swimming pool has direct access to an outdoor terrace with sun loungers and a paddling pool with there are also two playgrounds for the youngest guests amenities are free of charge. A car park is also assigned to the flat. The facility is guarded and monitored. The flat is 54 m2 (one of the largest 2 rooms in Polanki Park) and consists of a spacious kitchen, living room, hallway, bedroom, bathroom and a balcony with an area. 18 m2 (also one of the larger balconies :) together with leisure furniture.
The kitchen is equipped with modern household appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, induction cooker, microwave, kettle, coffee maker) and all necessary kitchen accessories, as well as a kitchen table with four chairs. In the living room there is a flat-screen TV, a double sofa bed, a coffee table, two armchairs and free WiFi. There is a balcony from the living room and the bedroom. The bedroom has a double bed (160x200), bedside tables with lamps, TV, built-in wardrobe with hangers. There is also a large built-in wardrobe in the hall. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washing machine and tumble dryer. Towels and bathrobes are provided in the flat. There is also a tumble dryer. Mop, bucket, hoover. A cot can be provided on request.

Location and surroundings of object
The beach is not crowded - unlike in the centre of Kołobrzeg. It reaches the path that crosses the park by the sea. There is a large clearing nearby - a sand dune where you can sunbathe from April, sheltering a dense forest from the wind.

The Polanka Park apartment building is surrounded by greenery. Some magnificent trees have been properly illuminated, creating a fantastic visual effect. Green areas have been created in most of the courtyards, including walkways, benches, in line with the idea that it is most effectively in contact with nature.

Family with children
Great flat with a very large terrace. Close to the swimming pool and the playroom. Very good contact with the landlord and smooth check-in. We will definitely return to this flat and can highly recommend it.

I don't even know where to start, that's how great we found the entire apartment complex. Of course, everything went smoothly on arrival, even the fact that we arrived earlier than planned was no problem
The flat is really beautiful and tastefully furnished. There was nothing missing, we felt like we were in a hotel. Everything was there, from towels to bathrobes and kitchen utensils. Bed linen was also provided. A truly carefree package
A fenced parking space belonging to the flat is included.
The pool and sauna area in this apartment complex was also super great. Everything was clean and free to use at any time. The same goes for the fitness area
All the staff at the apartment complex were very friendly and helpful. The language was also no problem. German and English are sufficient for communication.
You can walk to the beach.
The restaurant in the building is also highly recommended, both in terms of price and taste. We were able to order takeaway meals on busy evenings.
We would book again anytime, thank you very much.

Reinfall!
Ich habe diesen Urlaub für meine Eltern, meine kleine Tochter und mich gebucht. In der Beschreibung stand Rollstuhlgerecht und ausgestattet mit 2 Schlafzimmern. Als wir ankamen kam das böse erwachen. Meine im Rollstuhl sitzende Mama hatte Treppen steigen müssen und es war zum Höhepunkt auch nur 1 Schlafzimmer vorhanden. Ein Ausweichangebot gab es nicht. Kommunikation fast null. Die Anzahlung gab es heute auch nicht direkt zurück. Wir wurden stehen gelassen und hätten die Nacht bald im Auto verbringen müssen, wenn wir nicht am späten Abend noch eine Helferin gefunden hätten. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht vom Eigentümer!!!

Die Beschreibung zeigt deutlich den Plan der Wohnung, den Sie leider nicht gelesen haben. In der Anlage befinden sich Aufzüge, die genutzt werden können. Ein toller Platz für Familien mit Kindern
Die Zeit dort war perfekt. Alles was wir brauchen war dort. Das Apartment ist toll ausgestattet man kann sich sehr wohl fühlen und es ist sehr nah am Meer und den Strand. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Simply beautiful
The apartment is very well equipped and has everything you need for your holiday. The apartment is beautifully furnished, very clean, plenty of space and a wonderful balcony. The complex is really great, everything is very clean and the pool is just brilliant. We had a really wonderful holiday. And many thanks to Marta who made it all possible for us. Pobyt udany w 100%. Niby wszedzie dobrze ale w domu najlepiej - nam zal bylo wyjezdzac.Mieszkanie przestronne bardzo dobrze wyposazone niczego nam nie brakowalo.Teren wokół przepiekny mozna spacerowac godzinami.Do morza blisko.Nawet na deszcz za oknem znajdzie sie sposob basen sauna silownia dla dzieci sala zabaw. Dla kazdego cos milego:)

Alles ist super, neue Wohnung mit großer Terrasse, Fitnessraum, Whirlpool, Sauna, Wohnzimmer, ohne die Anlage zu verlassen. Modernes Design Restaurierung im Gebäude, leckeres preiswertes Essen, ich empfehle Fischsuppe. Einfache Buchung, wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
