The price of the stay also includes the Aqua Park zone with water slide - a water playground for children, Jacuzzi, swimming pool, relaxation zone with dry and steam sauna with ice bowl ( Sauna Area), SPA zone, summer pool and summer whirlpool , beach bar ( Summer Area), fitness room, playroom-multimedia (Fun Kids), play garden, observation platform on the roof of the building from which you can admire the Eco Park, etc.
Luxury flat with aqua attraction: pool, sauna, jacuzzi, fitness room, located near the beach. It smells fresh - commissioned in June 2022.
Flat 50 sqm large with swimming pool, zone Aqua Park with water slide - a water playground for children (with special warm water), Jacuzzi, zone sauna, fitness room, all-season indoor pool, children's playroom-multimedia.
There is lifeguard on the pools :)
There is also a restaurant on site where you can enjoy delicious dishes from the menu, desserts, etc. at affordable prices.
Attractions inside the complex do not go outside. Water attractions and a swimming pool are accessible in a bathrobe.
The beach is 300 m about 3 minutes walk (separated only by a park by the sea)
Only 280 km from Berlin from the German/Polish border with the new motorway S6 in only 1.5 hour directly to Kolberg ( Berlin-Kolberg ca.3 hours)

In the picturesque part of town in the newly built protected holiday complex POLANKI Aqua near the beach comfortable two-bedroom flat 50 m² with a large balcony, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, perfect for a stay at any time of the year offers excellent conditions for families with children and not only. Private parking space !!!
The beach, the seaside resort Kołobrzeg has an international certificate - the Blue Flag is awarded every year.

Functionally designed, luxury and modern furnished flat will satisfy the most demanding guests. The flat consists of spacious: 1 bedroom - bed queen size 160x200, 1 living room/bedroom, kitchen, bathrooms, hallway with wardrobe. ( 2 TVs LED 55", bed linen, etc)
The flat has free WiFi internet access, Youtube, NETFLIX and 2 SMART TV German ( RTL, ZDF, VOX, sports, programs for children, etc)
Spacious 1 bedroom - queen size bed 160x200, 1 living room/bedroom has a large fold out sofa 145x200 and fold out sleeper chair 80x200 . The kitchen is of a high standard and is fully equipped (including fridge and freezer, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, induction cooker, crockery, cutlery, pans, safety box, etc.) large balcony.
For small children there is a high chair, baby bath and travel cot.
The balcony has a seating area where you can enjoy a coffee and read a newspaper or book.
The bathroom has a shower cubicle and a washing machine. (Hairdryer, toilet paper, liquid soap, iron and ironing board)
Towels are provided for you in the flat.
Flat are equipped with a sun lounger and umbrella ( beach service-inclusive )
The rooms are for 2- 5 persons. (adults with children)
There are no additional costs like water, electricity !!!

Great vacation
The accommodation was great, everything clean. Enough space for storing clothes and also in the bathroom. We used the pool and sauna every day. Bathrobes could be borrowed for a one-time fee (7 €). The restaurant in the building can also be recommended.
I would have liked one or two more dish towels and hand towels.

Very beautiful

An unforgettable stay
The furnishings were fantastic. Newly built and everything new.
It was clean, high quality and very friendly
The pictures don't even begin to show how nice everything is.
There is a great playroom with modern game monitors, simple games for fine motor skills. The pool area is also very nice. A children's pool with two slides for the very young to the older ones. Various water games, swimming pool, two whirlpools, two outdoor pools. There are also two whirlpool pools here. Lots of sun loungers and a sauna area. Steam sauna and normal sauna, ice fountain, showers, relaxation loungers in the sauna area

We come again
We liked it very much, the way to the beach was about 300 m on foot. The pools in the house were a dream. The children had a lot of fun. The pool and wellness area was open from 9am to 9pm. The use of the pool and sauna in the complex is completely free for guests
The flat is beautiful and modern. Super clean, nothing was missing. The complex has fenced parking spaces for cars. Bike paths and bike rental nearby.
