The stay price also includes the Aqua Park zone with water slide – a water playground for children, jacuzzi, swimming pool, relaxation zone with dry and steam sauna with ice bowl (Sauna Area), SPA zone, summer pool and summer whirlpool (Summer Area), fitness room, playroom-multimedia (Fun Kids), playground, viewing platform on the roof of the building from which you can admire the eco-park, etc.

The beach is 300 m, about 3 minutes on foot (separated only by a park by the sea).
Only 280 km from Berlin, from the German/Polish border with the new S6 motorway in just 1.5 hours directly to Kolberg (Berlin-Kolberg about 3 hours).
Aqua zone, fitness room, playroom are disinfected by special cleaning services.

In the picturesque part of the city, in the newly built, secured holiday complex Aqua near the beach, a comfortable two-room apartment 50 m² with a large balcony, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, perfect for a stay at any time of the year, offers excellent conditions for families with children and not only.
The beach, the seaside resort Kołobrzeg, has an international certificate – the Blue Flag is awarded every year.
Functionally designed, luxurious and modern furnished holiday apartment will satisfy the most demanding guests. The apartment consists of spacious: 1 bedroom – Queen Size bed 160x200, 1 living room/bedroom, kitchen, bathrooms, hallway with wardrobe.
The apartment offers free WiFi internet access, Youtube, NETFLIX and 2 SMART TVs in German, parking.
Spacious 1 bedroom – Queen Size bed 160x200, 1 living room/bedroom has a large fold-out sofa 145x200 and fold-out sleeper chair 80x200. The kitchen is of a high standard and fully equipped (including fridge and freezer, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, induction stove, dishes, cutlery, pans, safe box, etc.) large balcony.
For small children there is a high chair, baby bathtub and travel cot.
The balcony has a seating area where you can enjoy a coffee and read a newspaper or book.
The bathroom has a shower cabin and a washing machine. (Hairdryer, toilet paper, liquid soap, iron and ironing board.)
Apartment includes sun loungers, sun umbrella and windbreak (beach service included).
The premises are for 2–5 people. (Adults with children)

Baltic Sea vacation
We had a great vacation. The rooms were very clean and well-furnished. A bit more cutlery and plates would have been good, but there is a dishwasher that ran once a day, so everything was fine. Detergent, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, everything was available. When traveling with four people and two sleeping in the living room, it is a bit noisy. But it was fine since everyone adhered to the quiet hours. For us, a successful vacation.

Super beautiful
We lacked nothing in this apartment.
It was very clean and 1 set of towels per person was also included.
Especially important for us was that it is child-friendly and the beach is nearby. That was really very nice.
The kitchen equipment was sufficient, but a few things were missing if you cook for yourself.
For example, a strainer, whisk.
The service was always reachable, which helped us immediately when there were problems. We will definitely come here again, we really liked it.
The hosts are highly recommended, very friendly and immediately reachable.

Baltic Sea Vacation
It was a super great vacation. The apartment was modernly furnished. There was nothing to complain about regarding the equipment. There was a coffee machine with beans, a washing machine, as well as an oven and dishwasher. Simply great. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. We would love to come back. Our vacation was simply a dream. Mega beautiful accommodation, the landlord super friendly. He was always in contact with us via WhatsApp. He made many suggestions for activities, restaurants, etc. Arrival and departure without complications. The security deposit was immediately returned upon departure. We just want to say thank you again ? and we will definitely come back next year.

It was beautiful!
We stayed at this beautiful apartment at the end of May 2024 with 3 people (2 adults and 1 child (16 years)). Everything is still very new and clean. Nothing is missing. The facilities are also well maintained. You can use the pool, sauna, and fitness room as often as you like. Everything is also beautiful. You walk out of your apartment and are in the pool in 1 minute. Just great! A restaurant is also available. We had dinner here several times. I would recommend the fried fish, my son preferred the burger. There is something for every taste. And a good value for money. The beautiful beach of the Baltic Sea is a 10-minute walk away. Unfortunately, you always have to get in the car and drive out of the complex to go shopping. The service from Piotr was great too!!! He took care of everything from the beginning and always responded promptly. A small, very small downside: since the apartment is also supposed to accommodate 4 people, the amount of kitchen equipment... pots, pans... etc. needs to be adjusted.
