Description
Comfortable two-room apartments, fully equipped, providing excellent conditions for a family with children. Situated in the Polanki complex, situated in the quiet of the forest, approx. 350 m from the beach, where we can enjoy the beauty of greenery and the sound of the waves of the Baltic Sea.
A fully equipped kitchenette, a comfortably furnished bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with sleeping places (sofas or corner sofas). There is a TV in each room, and wireless Internet is also available for apartment guests.
An additional advantage of the offer is the free recreation area for children and adults available on the premises:
- year-round indoor swimming pool (17x6 meters) - open all year round. A paddling pool with warm water for children, jacuzzi. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, tables and showers;
- sauna - two types of saunas: infrared - in which infrared heaters heat our body in a manner similar to the sun, without harmful UV radiation, and Finnish (dry) - a sauna with very high temperatures and high air humidity. The saunarium is open all year round from ;
- gym - equipped with two treadmills, stationary bike, oars, bench, ladders, balls, mattresses and relaxation couches. The fitness room is open all year round from ;
- a playroom for children - a playground for children in case of bad weather. Children have at their disposal a house, a mini slide, a table with chairs, a drawing board, colorful toys and balls. There is also a mini kitchenette in the playroom, where parents can warm up a meal for their kids;
- two playgrounds - equipped with a slide with a platform, swings, ladders, climbing ropes.
A network of coastal bicycle paths (approx. 60 km) is available for guests, available directly from the Polanki Park complex. There is also a bike rental, restaurant.

The facility is located by the western beach of Kołobrzeg, 2.5 km to the center (the city center is about 30 minutes walk from the apartments). A quiet place to rest, no crowds in the season, great access to the center, if necessary.

Kołobrzeg is one of the most famous seaside health resorts, frequented by many tourists every year. The city has a unique flora and fauna as well as medicinal values. There are sources of mineral waters, brines, aerosol in the air rich in iodine particles, and deposits of peloid. The most interesting attractions: - Lighthouse - built in 1945. Its height is 26 m, from it you can admire the picturesque panorama of the area, - The pier - 220 m long, you can see a beautiful view of the sea horizon, - New Old Town - this is a collection of stylized buildings, imitating the historic street layout, - Neo-Gothic Town Hall - was built in the nineteenth century and is one of the most important points of the city. The architecture of the town hall resembles a medieval castle, and inside there is a Contemporary Art Gallery and a cafe, - Fortifications of the fortress - Kołobrzeg had the character of a city-fortress from the 17th to the 19th century, it was then that the largest fortifications were built. Some fortifications have survived to this day - near the beach there are walls of the 19th century Stone rampart, and in the park of Gen. H. Dąbrowski, you can see fragments of ditches and fortresses from the 18th century, - The Museum of Polish Arms - was opened in 1963. It presents a unique and rich collection of military items, from the early Middle Ages to the present day, arranged in chronological order, - Brunswick Palace - built in 1808, it is also known as the Branuschweig Palace. Currently, the palace serves as a gallery for permanent and temporary exhibitions held there, as well as administrative, educational, cultural and warehouse exhibitions, - Kołobrzeski Forest with an Eco-park - a blue tourist trail runs through it. There are numerous wetlands, natural monuments, as well as hiking and cycling routes in the forest.

It is located on the third (3) floor of an apartment building in Polanki complex, located in a secluded forest about 350 m from the beach. The balcony of the apartment overlooks the Seaside Park, where we can enjoy the beauty of the greenery and the sound of the Baltic Sea.
Fully equipped kitchenette, comfortably furnished bathroom, bedroom with double bed, living room with two sofa beds. In each room, a TV and wireless internet access are available for guests of the apartment.

Top holiday
First of all, Artur and Camilla are great landlords. They help where they can and the accommodation is also top! Everything is very clean, everyone is nice and the beach is not far away! We were there with 4 children (14 and 4 years and twins 10 months) and we had enough space for everyone. Toys and a water ball were also available. We can only recommend the accommodation. Flat Nemo
We had a very pleasant stay. Whether it was the flat or the base area, everything was super and in very clean condition. The whole complex makes a very well-kept impression. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is a pleasure to dine in the restaurant. Any questions that arise are answered quickly, even by email. We had an all-round good service. Always happy to return

schöner Strandurlaub
Der strand ist breit und sauber. rettungsschwimmer patrolieren per Buddy, Schlauchbott, zu fuß am Wasser. Top. Essensverkäufer kommen auch vorbei, bieten getränke und einen kleinen imbiß.

lovely holiday flat
Beautiful flat, shady north facing, with blinds on the windows, everything makes a new impression. Lift is available and worked all the time. Andre were closed in the house complex due to disturbance. The balcony door of the bedroom has a fly screen door, in the living room there is a window with a fly screen. 2 TVs available, but unfortunately only one with satellite receiver, because of German programme, could possibly be improved. The owner quickly took care of the problem. The complex has fenced parking spaces. The one belonging to the flat is shaded under a tree, lockable. Restaurant in front of the house. Kolberg is ideal for cyclists, good cycle paths. Everything is centrally accessible. There are several museums for the full price, we visited 2. The army museum in the city and the marine museum at the harbour. In the distant Kurvietel, the bear is really stirring, just like in the days before Corona. The distance to the beach is right, through the forest. Otherwise, there's nothing to complain about. The roads here all make a good impression, possibly partly newly built. 2 weeks go by too fast. I can recommend the flat with a clear conscience.

Toller Urlaub mit sehr gutem Service und vielen Möglichkeiten der Erholung.
Sehr guter Urlaub mit hohem Standard und vielen Möglichkeiten für Aktivurlauber. Erholung ist hier garantiert.Besonders erwähnenwert sind die sichere umzäunte Anlage die man nur mit einem Toröffner betreten und befahren kann den jeder Gast bei der Schlüsselübergabe ausgehändigt bekommt. Eine tolles Schimmbad mit Sauna und Sportgeräte runden dieses noch ab.

Romantischer Aufenthalt
Große Eigentumswohnung in ruhigen Vororten von Kolobrzeg. Schöner Entspannungsbereich mit Sauna, Jacuzzi und Pool. Sehr nah am Strand. Ich verbreite das Wort unter meiner Familie und meinen Freunden, denn es lohnt sich, dort Urlaub zu machen :-) Wir kommen wieder :-)

Ein magischer Ort!
Alles was du für die Familie brauchst. Kinder sehr glücklich - Schwimmbad, Spielplätze, Spielzimmer. Nähe zum Strand für Hunde. Wir haben viel Zeit verbracht.

Flat Nemo Polanka Park
If you are still searching for a flat, this is the right flat to look at.
The flat itself gives you a great feeling of home. In the kitchen and in the bathroom you will get everything you need. The bathroom has a shower, a bathtub, a bathtub, a microwave and a microwave.
Walking to the ocean through the forest, even for first time visitors, it will be easy to find since you can already hear the waves bouncing off the beach
If it is raining you can just stay inside, because the whole complex offers an indoor swimming bath including a sweat bath
If you are looking for interesting sight seeings you can just walk to the port, where all the important information such as boat trips and lookout towers will be provided by the tour guides.
And if you are worrying about the communication, most of the tour guides as well as the people in the flat can speak English.
Overall we as a family can only appreciate the service and recommend the place.

Schöner Ort
